    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! All sweetness and smiles when you move in, but as soon as any problem arises you are talked to like a child and made to feel stupid for calling. These people are rude, unprofessional and are only interested in their bank balance.
    I can only assume that the other review was written by Ian himself!
