I was extremely pleased with the professional manner in which Ben Stokes conducted all meetings and viewings with the sale of our property. He was honest and gave genuine advice in relation to what is at present a difficult market for both us as a seller and for Phillip Green as Estate Agents.
He was always willing to meet with us and receive our calls, besides putting up with us dropping in at his office when we were passing.

I recently bought a flat through Philip Green in Hazlemere and their service was brilliant. Sheila in particular was really helpful and great to deal with. The sale went through in 6 weeks which they helped to push along.

Bought a flat through James. Vendor put completely un reasonable timing conditions ( complete in 4 weeks) but in the end we were ready & they weren't after which it all went VERY smoothly - so a big thankyou.

Photos and details spot on (I even wanted to buy it).
Priced for the market and sold very quickly, had a few little hiccups but Nicky and her team sorted them out and kept on top of things. The office ran as a team this makes you feel that you are their main customer. Recommend if you are selling try them first.Was this review helpful? Yes

Ben Stokes & his team were fantastic. Ben in particular is 100% professional & I think he will go far. As soon as Ben took our property on he remarketed it superbly & very quickly we had a sale. This is the first time I have ever used an estate agent and I was very impressed. After trying 2 other estate agents who were very unhelpful I went into Philip Greens and was immediately greeted with a smile and an invitation to sit down (the first 2 we had to go up to them and 'interrupt'. The professionalism and friendliness in Philip Greens was absolutely fantastic, and within a week I am now in a property.

After my buyer pulled out I decided to rent my flat. Philip Green found me a tenant within a week and they were moved in a week after this. If only buying and selling was this easy!

I found all the staff at Philip Green's to be very friendly and more importantly efficient, they always rang back when they said they would and were pro active in a number of situations. Would definately use them in the future.

I would highly recommend this estate agency. I have registered with LOTS in the last couple of months and have to say that these stood out as clear leaders. I was a potential buyer and they frequently emailed me property details. They accompanied me on visits. They were efficient in answering questions on email and the phone. They were also proactive by regularly calling me to find out if I was still looking and if they were sending me the right sort of properties. I have made an offer on a house in another area but will look to go with them again in the future. Thanks for teh help - you made it more bearable!!

I was very very impressed with the service provided by Nicky Stotter and Sheila Bedford of the Hazlemere branch. They were both utterly professional in their approach, worked hard from the initial valuation right through to completion, gave sound advice and certainly knew the local market exceptionally well. Their marketing technique was inspired and achieved above the guide price for our property. Well done Nicky and Sheila, and thank you. You are a credit to your company.

My house is actually still up for sale and things are very slow, however from the moment I met Ben who is currently Branch Manager I was struck at both his professionalism and enthusiasm. He has offered a very personal service,throughout, from talking to us about how best to market to spending time taking some fantastic photos, and I have no doubt that he is doing everything in his power to help sell our house. Denize has also been brilliant both of them getting back to us quickly, and patiently answering our many questions. I am devastated to learn that they are both now moving to Stokenchurch- our loss is most definitely Stokenchurches gain! I hope that the new Manager will continue to offer the brilliant service we have come to expect, thanks Ben and Denize and good luck!

Philip Green & Partners is an agency that definitely stands out; it is the most friendly and professional agency we came across; it is a pleasure and a joy to work with them; they do their job in a very pleasant and very efficient way; many other agencies make you feel that you are just a client amongst a dozen others, but Philip Green makes you feel you get all the attention and they constantly supply a lot of useful information to you; but what impressed us most was the Gallery (from the concept to the design of it - they're artists as well!), the events they organize, the things they're doing for their clients (like the free cinema tickets) - all these they are unique, and I do regret they do not have an office in our area... We wish them all the best!

I called into the branch looking for a property to purchase in High Wycombe and must say I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They showed me all the properties they had available and took my details. I receive regular updates from them with all the new properties in High Wycombe they get and receive a call from them often just asking me how things are going.

Our house went on the market in February 2009 - initially the suggested asking price was perhaps too high, so although we got a lot of viewings, there were no serious buyers. Once we decided to drop to a realistic selling price, Nick was very good at vetting prospective purchasers, so that only serious buyers viewed, and our house was sold in July. All credit to Nick for his patience, diplomacy, time & effort.

When we put the property on the market I have 4 valuations but I just clicked with James. I liked his no nonense approach and I feel he understood completely the service I required. My only negative comment was a lack of communication which meant we had unannounced viewers. Following the Sale James was still very helpful and helped with the chasing up to get a speedy completion. It turned out to be the least stressful house sale I have ever had. Well done James

Nick was very helpful and chased the slack solicitors constantly for me and ran documents between solicitors, which was a massive help and cut down on the stress levels.

I originally asked Philip Green and another agent for a valuation for Probate. Subsequently they were the only agent that kept in touch and offered their service when I was ready to sell. They revalued the property at more than the original valuation and it is now exchanged for a sum only 2.5% lower than asking price. Their fee was not the cheapest but their service was exemplary. On their advice I opted for an open day and the property was sold to one of the viewers.

We found the Hazelmere office efficient and friendly They understood what we were looking for, contacted us as soon as something was available did not bombard us with particulars we did not need. When the time comes we will sell our property with Phillip Green.

I was impressed with the hard work and effort the Hazlemere office put in to make sure the sale actually happened. Their valuation also proved to be accurate and they also offered me the best commission rate because I believe they realised it was a good property to market and would sell quickly, which it did. Certainly the most proactive agents I have come across to date.

I sold an empty property through High Wycombe office - they had to accompany prospective purchasers and obtained nearly the full asking price. Good knowledge of the changing market, Sale completed very quickly.
