The property management staff, including Peter Woods himself, have not proved to be of any help during my tenancy.
It took them 3 months to fix a curtain, 3 months to fix a chest of drawers and the oven has not been working for 4 months, with no clear sign of it being replaced.
I have had to phone them repeatedly to remind them to fix our various issues. They have returned my call possibly three times.
They are polite and they can say the right things, they just do not deliver.
I would avoid the hassle and use another agent.
