Unwelcoming, uncompromising, unhelpful.
Kept the property immaculate but yet still had money deducted from the deposit, even against the advice of an independent inventory check.

I have used many estate agents in London and Peter James is by far the worst. They don't return phone calls, never call back if you leave a message. Avoid!
