Both agents were very kind, helpful and professional when dealing with our request for a one bedroom flat to rent.Alex even managed to negotiate with the landlord on the final amount of our rent which was a very positive surprise for us. We will definitely go back to them if we need to rent another property. A highly recommended service.

Excellent service, helpful advice. Alex even stayed in the office well after 7pm so we could pick up the keys to our new place, having just arrived back from overseas. Would highly recommend as a lettings agent.

The worse customer service and extremely rude personel. Did not helped us at all within the rental period but the moment we said we are leaving they became impossible. First we had to chase them for the exchange of keys and end of tenancy arrangements and they provided us with nothing then grave.
Would never in million years rent from them or use them as Landlord eventually!Was this review helpful? Yes

We recieved an excellent standard of service from our agent Kunal. If we ever had a query it was dealt with in an extremely efficient manner, and the quality of service has always been first rate from our initial inquiry through to moving into the flat.

I found them very helpful and our agent Luke was happy to help out and answer all our questions. If we were moving again we would defo use them.

The whole process with People in Property was smooth sailing. From the minute I met with Imran to the completion of the paperwork and reference checking - all ran perfectly. Imran has been extremely helpful and available at all hours of the day to help. He also guided me through the nerve-wracking process of renting my first flat. I would recommend him as an agent and People in Property as an agency in general.

Imran was exceptionally efficient. I was impressed that he was available almost 24/7 so I could get hold of him anytime. He was also happy to sort out matters asap regardless of the time of day. I would not hesitate recommending or using people in property again.
