The worse customer service and extremely rude personel. Did not helped us at all within the rental period but the moment we said we are leaving they became impossible. First we had to chase them for the exchange of keys and end of tenancy arrangements and they provided us with nothing then grave.
Would never in million years rent from them or use them as Landlord eventually!Was this review helpful? Yes

We recieved an excellent standard of service from our agent Kunal. If we ever had a query it was dealt with in an extremely efficient manner, and the quality of service has always been first rate from our initial inquiry through to moving into the flat.

I found them very helpful and our agent Luke was happy to help out and answer all our questions. If we were moving again we would defo use them.

I had a pleasant experience renting a property through people in property which was quick and easy. I was dealing with Luke who made sure all our needs were fulfilled.

The whole process with People in Property was smooth sailing. From the minute I met with Imran to the completion of the paperwork and reference checking - all ran perfectly. The transition was easy, quick and trouble-free. I would definitely use their services again as they were thorough, efficient and speedy. Thanks!

Imran has been extremely helpful and available at all hours of the day to help. He also guided me through the nerve-wracking process of renting my first flat. I would recommend him as an agent and People in Property as an agency in general.

Imran was exceptionally efficient. I was impressed that he was available almost 24/7 so I could get hold of him anytime. He was also happy to sort out matters asap regardless of the time of day. I would not hesitate recommending or using people in property again.
