They were pretty ok at the time - problem was with the last tenant who'd run up massive debts and letters from bailiffs were all over the place....we should have been warned about this in advance although they did make attempts to contact the creditors and get them off our backs! Very noisy downstairs neighbour was roped into behaving better. Apparently when my flat mate left they charged for a full security deposit which was not fair (he's a clean freak so I believe him). But I thought they were pretty OK.
