The whole team were fantastic and were very professional throughout. When we finally got the exchange date they were excited as much as we were!
Having a quirky flat it was important to us that the buyers understood the layout of the property - which we felt they were. We were regularly updated and always knew what was happening - again of prime importance. We never had to chase for information and were given weekly updates.
I recommend Paul Simon to anyone who is thinking of selling/buying in the area.

I have to say from the outset Paul Simon were extremely proactive and helpful, at any point whenever I had any enquiries relating to my sale, Sagar, Richard, Reuben or any other member of the team were always willing to listen & chase any outstanding matter.
I would have no difficulty recommending them to anybody I know who would be selling a property as they believe in putting their clients first and are always willing and ready to smooth things over should they become a little heated! I honestly don't know how they do it and are always smiling at the end of the telephone!
Thank you very very much Sagar & the team, we are indebted to you and cannot express our delight at finally negotiating a successful sale!

My agent, Sagar, was extremely forthcoming in supplying ideas for properties based on my requirements - not only did he have a good selection to view, he was particularly organised at arranging viewing times, and knowledgeable about each property we visited. He was friendly, without being pushy. While I found a place that I liked after just one day of visits with Paul Simon (though I had spent several months looking with other agents), Sagar was fundamental in driving the sales process forward in spite of a long chain. Many thanks to Paul Simon indeed.

From the initial meeting with Paul Simon's representative to the final sale of our property they were a refreshing, honest and efficient sale agency.
Having looked at using other agents in the Haringey ladder area we were pleased to meet people who openly acknowledged that their trade/industry have an unfortunate rep of being single minded commission focused salesmen. And having been burnt using other agents in the area, they made sure that a sense of trust was built with their team and that we could value their direct and to the point information.
Their day to day approach was based on giving us open and honest advice and being focused on us getting the sale price that we wanted (which they achieved) while also fighting our corner when the sale had some sticking issues (not connected with Paul Simon).
If we were to sell our house in again we wouldn’t hesitate in using Paul Simon.

I brought and sold a property using Paul Simon. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with all my queries with both the selling and buying. They understood what i needed and i found it very useful that it was all done under one roof. They offered advice and never pressurised me into making final decisions, they made sure i was always happy.
They were happy to assist me even after completion with any queries that i had on the property i purchased.
I would defintely recommend them.

I was recommended Paul Simon Homes by a friend and am very pleased I used them. From my first discussion with them I felt that they would work hard to sell my property and they managed to get me a good price in a short space of time, depsite the property being on sale with another agent for over 6 months. Their communication throughout the process was excellent and I wouldn't hestiate to recommend them to others.

The agent who dealt with this transaction, Sagar Kanani, was very proactive in seeing that both sides were progressing as quickly as possible. This extended to being in regular contact with both sides' legal representatives in order to be as fully informed as possible of the overall picture. Fact-finding requests, such as finding out lock types, utility providers, etc, from the vendor were handled efficiently. Most helpful indeed!

A big thank you to the Paul Simon team on Green Lanes. They did a fantastic job selling our flat, efficiently and for a better price than we thought we would get, especially in a difficult market. They provided a very professional service throughout the sales process, kept us in the loop at all times (which many estate agents do not do) and worked hard from start to finish to sell our property.

Paul Simon delivered an exceptional service in the sale of my home. All staff were totally on the ball, and from the outset I trusted them to sell, as in actively SELL, my home. In this market you need an agent to work your property, and these guys delivered. I had a constant stream of viewings, I got feedback on every one of them, they called and gave me updates on people they were going to try and get round, it was the opposite of another agent I had used locally, who did none of this. The staff at Paul Simon Estate Agents , have conducted the sale process of my property with a degree of proffesionalism that has far exceeded expectation .
Each member of staff and management have combined a manner of knowledgeable sales market experience and excellent business skill to achieve the sale of my property .
This, alongside a friendly approach towards myself as a client built up a good working relationship between ourselves that has allowed the process to run smoothly and result in a succesful sale.

I was extremely impressed with the service Richard and his team at Paul Simon provided through out the process of selling our house. I could not recommend them more highly.
From my wife and I's experience what we found differentiates them most against other agents, including in the area are:
1) Professionalism
Providing regular and consultative updates to set realistic expectations. Everyone in the team familiar with details and able to help whilst proactively reaching out to bring as many potential buyers through the door.2) Quality
A lot of effort put in to proactively marketing the best features of the property and providing a very comprehensive brochure with more and better quality pictures to show the property in best light. This attention to detail is important.3) Speed
We needed to sell our property relatively quickly to secure our purchase. In a difficult market place Paul Simon were successfully able to work to this.All this and still provide a very competitive rate.

I rate this agent very highly. Mine was a complicated sale as I was selling a property with a tenant still there. The agent dealt very sensitively with this situation. They kept me up to date, always returned my calls quickly and worked very hard to sell my property. I would recommend them very highly.

These guys really do offer a remarkable service. I met a couple of them when I was buying and they were working for another agency - and they were always my favourite people to show me round places. Siince then they've bought this business which I think is second to none having just completed on my sale. Here's why you should sell your house/flat with them -

As a first time buyer I don't have anything to compare them to, but the service and assistance was excellent throughout. Very helpful all through the buying process making sure things went smoothly, took a lot of time speaking with various parties to move things along.

Good experience from an agent I got to know over a few years of being in the locality and judging who might award the best service. They came up trumps both in the buy and sell of the respective properties. I was moving locally and they made the process simple, direct and pleasant as that sort moving stress goes. Talk to them, use them, and they can be trusted to judge the real market value correctly.

 that I'm now experiencing as I'm looking for a property. I want to be spoken to like a normal human being and these guys always do that.
6. Most importantly of all, they charge competitive prices and get lots of people round to look at your property. I got a buyer within weeks - unfortunately they ended up dropping out but Paul Simon were straight back on the case, with no pressure on me to drop the price for a quick sale and my second buyer actually bought the flat for more.
