No
Paul Fox agreed with my offer, "come into the office, get a mortgage in principle, the house is yours". Next day: "there's another offer by someone else" I told em to 'Do One'... they conned the buyer to pay an extra £5000 on top of what I offered, even though I had pulled out. I should let him know!
I will ever use Paul Fox, they got a bad name now from me, for what, a couple of hundred pounds extra.
