Have not repaid deposit after five months .
Insist they have not receive funds from dps although

Rude and arrogant. Only reply to written complaints when you contact the ombudsman.

I have just left a property after two years with Patrick Gardner managing it. I received good service form them throughout and even when my boiler broke down they got it fixed over xmas.

Patrick gardner continually lied about the situation regarding the flat I rented from them. Their staff are rude and arrogant. I lost part of my deposit because one member of staff couldn't be bothered to make one phone call. Terrible company and terrible service.

Absolutely horrible experience with Patrick Gardner & Co. They kept introducing charges they hadn't told us about before we could sign the lease, totalled over
