No
Tried to buy a house with them. Parkyns discussed the valuation with our surveyer, totally un ethicle. Said house just needed a kitchen, bathroom and heating. When surveyer surveyed the house it was in need of full damp and timber treatment, with a structually unsafe roof. They wasted our time and money with their bullshit! Not to be trusted!!!

I received excellent service from Parkyns, from the initial valuation through to completion, I couldn't rate them higher!

Parkyns valued my house, didn't get the job becouse the valuation guy was dirty and smelly. Then tried to bring a customer to me when I had taken on another agent. Their friends price was also pretty low and I didn't entertain their nonsence. Definatley don't recommend!
