Excellent service. I always received prompt responses to my e-mails or phone calls and I found staff to be courteous and very helpful, particularly at the start, when there were a few issues to resolve.
This was a company let, and should my boss decide to rent another flat in Richmond in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Parkgate.

I have had a number of years of happy association with Parkgate and their management team. Their attention to detail is first rate, their computer produced reports are always accurate and informative and I have never had a tenant needing to contact me directly. An important indication of an excellent management service in my opinion.

I have been using Parkgate as my letting agent since I moved overseas in 2006, during that time I have never had a tenancy void period and no problems at all with the tenants selected by Parkgate. Their advice is straightforward and clear, and feedback prompt. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Each member of the staff is friendly, courteous and ultra- efficient. It's almost impossible to single out a particular individual for the biggest accolade. What's especially helpful is being kept up to date with everything that's happening at the property - new lettings, repairs, tenants' problems etc. I've been dealing with Parkgate for many years and never had cause for a single complaint.

I want to register my appreciation with regard to Matt Norgan who got me out of a hole recently. My Gas Safety Certificate (GSC) for Flat 16, Heathshott expired on 14th May 2013 – something I had failed to register having thought it was valid until 7th May 2013. Entirely my fault.
Without hesitation, Matt was onto it and by 5.00pm I had a new and valid GSC. Thank you. This is the sort of service others should emulate. The ‘Can Do’ mentality which is so often lacking in other organisations. I am most grateful - Matt is to be congratulated on superb customer service.

Jonathan was very helpful indeed, kept me informed of all the developments as they arose with good communications. Also very helpful even after exchange supplying me with information on potential schemes from similar properties in the area, couldn't have really done any more. Parkgate in general were very professional and knowledgeable, their staff understand how the property market actually works and will offer their clients and buyers sound advice based on this which is refreshing in an increasing world of graduate level juniors with little experience being sent out to show properties and deal with sales. I would certainly use them again to sell and they made the buying experience as painless it could be expected to be, thanks for all your efforts!

We approached Parkgate in Autumn 2012 to let an unfurnished 2 bedroom flat on Richmond Hill. Marc gave us a realistic valuation and clearly laid out our letting options. When we had prepared the flat for letting (Matt helped us find a good decorator) he and Matt briefed us thoroughly on the current market and kept us regularly informed of their progress in finding a suitable tenant.
Considering the state of the market at the time Parkgate did a great job in finding a good tenant in a comparitively short space of time.
We would certainly use this agency again. We found Marc and Matt a pleasure to work with.

I have just rented out two flats through Chris on the recommendation of a friend. I found him and Jonathon very pleasant and professional. They moved quickly showing tenants round and Chris gave me his opinion on which tenants we should take. Both sets of tenants were referenced very quickly, moved in and I am very happy. Parkgate have found two tenanciies for my Putney property to date. They provide a very good service, find excellent tenants and they are flexible on the economics concerning the rental.
Parkgate are a boutique operation who are very customer & service focused.
I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking to rent in Putney / Barnes / Richmond areas.

We have recently let our flat through Parkgate and have been very pleased with the way in which they have handled this process. We had some work done to the property before the tenants moved in and Parkgate managed this for us in addition to their more formal duties which we felt was excellent. We previously had a few offers which unfortunately fell through due to circumstances outside of their control but Parkgate kept us very well informed and gave us quick and constructive feedback after every viewing. We have been very pleased with the service so far, most notably that we are usually given the information we need or would like before we have to ask for it.

My experience from Parkgate was on the whole a good one and I have used a few in my time. The documentation & financial process went through quickly and I was informed of everything along the way so overall I have been happy with the how things have gone as a tenant. Email communication could be better in terms of tone on occasion but when dealt with in person things get done and done when they say they will be so no complaints there. I would definitely consider using Parkgate again should I move.

l moved into my new flat just last week - the process of seeing the property, puttign in a bid, referencing etc. was very quick and efficient.
With the usual teething problems expereinced when moving into a new place, I notified Parkgate, the managing agent pretty quickly, Their response was prompt, efficient, managed my expectations and were an absolute pleasure to deal with - nothign seemed to be too much of a problem.
With pleasure I would recommend Parkgate. Their staff are an asset to the industry.

We have received an excellent service from Parkgate - from our initial viewing to helping with a prompt move in late December. Chris was excellent at managing a really smooth move for us. Their referencing process was really easy, thorough and fast, so everything came together really quickly making for an easy move in at what is not the best time of year to do it! The flat is fantastic and some minor teething problems were very quickly fixed. The inventory on arrival was very thorough and clear and we were happy with the report. Having either lived with friends or dealt with private landlords going through an agency was something that I had not done for over 10 years and something that in the past had not always been a great experience. Parkgate however made it really easy and stress free and so a thumbs up from us.

Dealing with Parkgate was a pleasure. They made the move very straightforward and I felt they were honest trustworthy and cared about the service they gave. There were one or two minor issues with the flat when we moved in but these were resolved within two days. Result - a happy customer!
