Chrissie (but also Dale and Nick) at Parkers in Burghfield went the extra mile to support us for the 10 months of trying to purchase this house. Their strength lies in actively building the relationship and keeping us informed on a regular basis. Chrissie also acted as "broker" to all other parties involved. Couldn't have done it without them! Thank you!

The service at Parkers Properties in Swindon was fantastic. Any queries were dealt with straight away & I never needed to chase for an answer (as I have with other agencies in the past). All paperwork and responsibilities were clearly explained both upon entering and leaving the property. I usually dealt with Dawn Hayward, who was always professional and thorough. All staff at the branch were polite and helpful and I would therefore definitely recommend renting a property through them.

Parkers showed me more properties and variety of options with in less time. This made my life easy and I need not look at other agents. The service quality was good and they are ready to go extra mile to help customers.

Parkers in Reading have managed our rental property for five years now have been excellent throughout that time. They are very fast at bringing urgent matters to our attention, manage the property well, send us reports and statements regularly. They are friendly and professional and we are happy to recommend them as property agents.

Nick at Parkers worked tirelessly to find us the right property, and facilitate its purchase. He took great trouble to understand our requirements and patiently showed us a number of suitable properties, giving realistic appraisals and persisting when our enthusiasm flagged. He saw better than I did that a certain property would be suitable and went beyond the call of duty in coordinating a tricky "chain" we got involved in - in fact he is largely responsible for the chain not collapsing at the last minute. I could not recommend Parkers more highly, and I dealt with a LOT of agents during our process, they were the best. We love our new place and if it were not for Nick and Parkers we'd not have got it.

Used Parkers to sell my Mother's property which was 50 miles away from my own home. Daniel of Parkers was professional, efficient and friendly. Viewings were all accompanied by him, we were kept updated without having to chase them up, and the house sold in 10 days ! Good service continued after the offer was accepted - checking for post, meter readings etc.Would use again.

as a landlord with several properties Parkers Reading have always acted in a proffessional way giving a very personal service and going out of their way in customer services, therefore for receiving some very sound advise I would like to give them a 5 star rating
