My husband and I bought a 'buy to let' property in Reading through Parkers in 2010. We did not have much knowledge of the local property market but found Mark Brooker to be the most helpful and courteous estate agent that we have come across in our 27 years of buying and selling properties. Damian helped greatly with the negotiations and ensured that the buying process went as smoothly as possible. This good experience was a key factor in helping us decide on choosing Parkers as the letting agent too. Within a week of being on the market, our property had been let to good quality tenants by their excellent lettings team! I have found the Parkers team to be very professional and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of buying and/or renting in Reading.

Have been with Parkers now for over two years. From our first time in reading we checked a few agencies but Mark and the team at Parkers helped us find what we were looking for ie, place, size and budget. Their level of service and friendliness was what led us to choose them. When we were looking to move we went back to Mark and again the help and advice was second to none. If ever there is a question or a problem they are just at the other end of the phone or email. They have always been helpful and we would recommend them to anyone.

Having dealt with many agents in different countries I found the whole team at Parkers in Reading to be as good as I have come across. Being from another country and coming into a market cold can be very difficult at times but the team at Parkers made it extremely easy. Everyone in there office was obliging and friendly in their approach. This became evident by the third or fourth day everyone in the office knew who I was and we were on a first name basis. I would especially like to thank Damian who was just incredible and nothing was ever to much trouble for him and he actually went out of his way to assist me with things that would normally be outside the realms of his responsibilities. I felt an immediate connection with the staff here so much so that I am contemplating doing further business in Reading with the team from Parkers. I would highly recommend the team at Parkers , Reading for letting or purchase of real estate.

It would be invidious to single out individuals here, because they all work as a team, the best I have seen (and I have seen a few). The main thing for me is this: they were there when you needed them. If they said they would phone back, in, say, half an hour, they did phone back without fail and punctually so. They have what so many agents seem to lack: a sense of urgency, but also a sense of humour and somehow a soothing, calming effect on overstimulated customers overwhelmed by the complexities and uncertainties of buying (or selling) a home. I could wax lyrical about them for a while longer, but won't: let me just say this: consummate professionals, honest, knowledgeable, caring (oh dear, I wax again) . Thanks Parkers - Peter

Thank you Glynn Rolfe and his team at Parkers, Swindon. They sent lots of people to see my property and gave me feed back on viewings and even managed to negotiate a sale for more than I expected. They also kept in touch with the buyers to make sure the sale went through smoothly.

I sent out a blanket email to a few agents asking for properties in the Reading area, and Parkers were very quick to get back to me, and gave me a lot of detailed information quickly. After one phone call I had five viewings booked all on one day, some of which I hadn't thought of looking at and were suggested by the agent herself. Once we'd found a potential house we made a couple of requests regarding what furniture was provided and the monthly rental price, all of which were met.
My only criticism would be that during the viewings we were told that in some cases we would be meeting other people there who also wanted to see the property. I wasn't terribly keen on this, as it can be quite awkward, especially if both groups want to make an offer! I would urge Parkers to ask prospective tenants in advance if they're OK with this, but it is a minor quibble.
Overall I'd definitely recommend using Parkers in the future.

The Parkers team in Tilehurst did exactly what they said they would and what my last agent did not, SOLD MY HOUSE!!! Good down to earth guys who kept us informed from the word go to the very end. Simon's photos were great, much better than our last agents. We recently sold our property through Parkers Estate agents and could not be happier. we found them professional and courteous throughout the whole transaction and most of all Honest. From the initial valuation we felt comftorble and were not put under any pressure to sign a contract on the spot unlike some other agents. Then when we did decide to go onto the market Parkers were able to secure viewings on the property before detail sheets had been produced which was impressive. Once abuyer was found on the property special praise must go to Damien who helped us through the process and assisted in finding suitable quotes for a few bits of work that came up

We owe these guys a BIG thankyou. They made what can be a very stressful time literally pain free. Despite acting on their clients behalf they offer fair, friendly advice to help the transaction from both thier clients (the sellers) and our (the buyers) point of view. I knew if I had any questions whatsoever they were there to help and they always returned calls promptly. Our move was very speedy (just over 2 calender months) and that is thanks to the team at Parkers, Earley helping move things along as and when necessary - nothing was even too much trouble. since taking over the branch a year ago Max and Abi Rasool have raised the standard 10 fold. They are friendly, helpfull and always profesional when dealing with enquiries or problems. Things are always dealt with quickly and efficiantly and i have not experianced one problem yet. I have used Parkers to rent out a property in Reading. From the first visit to the property and throughout the rental period they have proven to be efficient, accurate and a pleasure to deal with. From finding tenants to organising gas checks and any maintence requirements they have been excelent. A special mention must go to Sophie Green who has handled any day to day requirements to a very high standard. I would not consider another rental agent .

From the very start Jason Soane the agent was professional, and I believe very honest. As always we spoke to a number of agents before we selected Parkers and gave them all the same brief. Our home was not the standard four bedroom standard property and would require special marketing and appeal to a limited number of buyers. Couldn't fault the service from Parkers at all. A knowledgable, friendly, open and honest team who are clearly equally focussed as on customer service as they are on completing the sale.
Damien in particular has been a great help to expediting the transaction and keeping the flow of information between buyer/seller/solicitors/financiers moving and ensuring every query is dealt with professionally and urgently. The team clearly have a lot of experience in the local area and this makes a difference.
I came to Parkers via a friends recommendation - and I'd be happy to recommend them too.

I am an overseas landlord and rely on a good agent to make sure the my property but also my tenants are taken care of . Parkers at Tilehurst are very friendly and made things very easy for me. Mostly I like the experience and common sense I've found from Steve Chitty. There have been a few situations I didn't know how to best tackle and after talking to Steve and the ability there is for someone to get over quickly to the property I've felt much better. In other agencis the people you first meet or talk to are quickly replaced with back-office folk many miles away but Parkers are right there on the doorstep for me and my tenants.

Me and my partner bought our first property through Parkers but also had been renting with them for two years before that so we have a very good view on the whole team in Reading! From day one they made the whole buying ordeal as easy and as smooth as possible. Very impressed with everything and we have no complaints whatsoever about the service we received. Would definitely return to Parkers when it's time to move again..!

I found Rob, Neil and their General Manager, Adrian, a pleasure to work with. We didnt want a 'For Sale' sign outside our house but they presented and marketed our house well, keeping us fully informed of their plans. Whilst they found our eventual buyer for us, it was a long slow job before the final chain came together For the best part of 12 months they boosted our morale assuring us that everything would come right eventually, keeping us in the picture at every stage. A family run agency, they were always very positive and nothing was too much trouble.

we have a proprty in swindon that we purchased about 8 years ago, we bought it through parkers and subsequently have let it through them. during the purchase we dealt with the manager glynn, who gave us his upmost attention, we were highly impressed by his profesionalism so much so that we automatically chose him to be our letting agent for the property. remarkably he has remained with the office for the whole time helping with continuity of service. it is comforting to be dealing with a familiar person particularly as we are not local and need him to help us with maintenence issues from time to time. we would use this office time and again for any business that we would need to conduct with an estate agent.

Very friendly, efficient and helpful service. My partner and I completed a reletively smooth purchase and Parkers were a big part of the sucess. Daniel and the other office members were particulaly helpful with phonecalls about anything and everything. As first time buyers Daniel lead us through the process well and we would use Parkers, Tilehurst in the future! The food voucher at the ned was an extra added suprise, both thoughtful and needed!

I believe Parkers Estate Agents did everything possible to ensure the sale of my home was quick, and painless. Their communication was excellent and they were direct, which is exactly what I asked from them.
Our house took several months before it sold, but I believe they did everything possible.
The houses we viewed through Parkers were great, and the details they gave us were thorough. It was unfortunate we found our perfect house with another agent, as they were a nightmare and not honest with us.

From start to finish parkers have been great! Andy came to the house and was positive and showed interest where another agent didn't. They have been honest and realistic throughout in a difficult Market. Once the offer went in there were problems further up the chain and parkers were really efficient, Andy in particular made call after call beyond what he needed to do, but we got there in the end!! I got the price I wanted and it only took 5 viewings and 3 months, which was beyond my expectations.

The whole team are efficient and well informed about each property. Phone call are returned on time, the sales team listened to my requirements and didn't waste my time simply trying to hit viewing targets. The property listing were up to date and the prices realistic, in my own experience other agents overvalue properties to get the listing with knowledge it is overpriced.
The process for moving the sale trhough was lead by the office manager who i found to be a great help. The in-house mortgage advisor is second to none.
Buying through Parkers, Reading branch was an example of how estage agents should do things

This is a first class estate agency that is totally on the ball. My son came back from his 3rd Afghan tour
and decided to move to a larger property in the Chalford area. He located a property on sale with Parkers
in Stroud, viewed it but needed to sell his 2 bed house in Chalford before he could make an offer. Andy came
to the rescue, put it on their books and marketed it brilliantly. He came up with several good ideas and price
matched any drop on the selling property against the buying property. My son and the vendor of the other
property co-operated fully as they both wanted to upsize and time was of the essence . A buyer was found
in good time, my son has completed the sale and purchase. Parkers even gave my son a discount on fees
as he was also buying through them. It is a very difficult market and all vendors/purchasers need to be
realistic. Without Parkers my son would not have achieved his sale/purchase before going off to foreign

Based on personal experience I would highly recommend Parkers Estate Agents in Tilehurst when selling your property in the local area. We had rennovated a detached bungalow close to Prospect Park and originally tried to sell through Romans who managed about 8 viewings in 8 weeks. I then terminated with Romans and switched to Parkers and never looked back. Within the first week Parkers managed to get around 7 or 8 viewings and ON THE 8TH DAY WE RECEIVED AN ACCEPTABLE OFFER!! From start to finish they did a sterling job (namely Simon and Dan) and communication was professional and consistent throughout the selling process.

A very professional outfit. Valuation and initial dealings with Ben were very straight forward and everything was explained clearly. Plenty of viewings all carried out by Parkers, - was informed each time they were taking place and recieved feedback afterwards - good communication. I have few properties in and around Reading and was lucky enough to get to know Parkers in Reading town centre few years ago. I was so impressed with the level of their service and class that I soon started moving all my properties to them for full management.
Up until that point I was not happy with giving the full management to estate agents since they just used to charge a high percentage for doing nothing and not dealing with my tenants with respect. I am happy and so are my tenants. I recommend them to any landlord who wants a good deal and a great level of care.

I found Parkers aftersales service quite professional. In the 1.5 years we have lived in the property, we hardly faced any issues barring a couple of occassions when we had not water. But this was given due importance the situation was re-stored very quickly after a request was made to the office. I hope Parkers give me additional discount on administrative charges when I look for a property to let next time. Overall good service.
Couple of areas of improvements :
1) The adminstrative charges are exhorbitant (I cannot quite fathom being charged £400 for printing out documents, inventory checking and very less proactiveness from the sales staff) Only if this could be reduced to a more purse friendly amount.
2) Parkers did not allow any contact with the landlord, thereby introducing additional layer for any issues (although we did not face very many). But this should be more discretionary if tenants are well behaved - which was the case with us.Was this review helpful? Yes

What a great team at Parkers -I set the guys instructions that i needed to sell my property in a hurry as I needed to compleat in a property in Wales.Parkers valued the property straight way & gave me a few pointers on decor & colours for the house.I took on the advise & painted & carpeted the rooms needed.Parkers advertised the property while work was done & the day it was finished they sent round 5 viewers and the buyer was found with mortgage agreed & exchange was done in 4 weeks & compleated in 5 weeks.So a big thankyou to the team their who kept me informed all the way through.I would recomend Parkers reading to anyone looking to sell their property.

I have dealt with Parker's Estate Agents for many years, and have always found them to be very helpful, cooperative and accommodating. Working as I do in the centre of Reading myself, I could pop in at any time, and they always were there on hand to calm my worries, and explain things I didn't understand.
I have had especially close contact with Damian, Ben,Amy and Mark, who have all gone out of their way to explain processes and I feel the service I received was excellent. I would certainly use them again. Thank youWas this review helpful? Yes

I had used Parkers Market Place in the past on three occasions and was delighted that the service level hadnt dropped. I have just made a purchase and the eperience was just the same. The appointment to view was made quickly and the agent was on time. They were informed about the property and any queries were answered promptly and accurately. The offer was conveyed to the seller and I was kept informed on a frequent basis of the sellers counter demands. The sale was agreed and although Parkers offered me extra services such as legal representation etc there was no pressure or pushy sales calls. I would definitely use them again...

Having sold many houses through various estate agents, all over the country too - I must take this opportunity of 'bigging up' the whole firm that I dealt with in the Reading Town Centre office.
My first experience with the estate agent was when one of their 'fliers' landed on my doorstep, not the first one I have to admit, however as they stated that they have genuine investor buyers looking for properties in my area I thought I would pop into the office to see what they were all about - was a Saturday afternoon and I am sorry but I cannot recall the young mans name who I spoke to but all... I took my case to the Ombudsman.
I went to work abroad and arranged for parkers to be the letting agent - fully managed service. the incompetent individual at parkers agency allowed the tenant access to my house BEFORE the tenancy began. the tenant threw out my fridge, removed curtains, ripped out built-in kitchen and bedroom cupboards, shelves and filled a skip with them (which the agent apparently didnt notice), cut off/pulled out most broadband cables, leaving the rest dangling in mid-air and repainted the property to their own requirtements. The inventory was taken AFTERWARDS so there was no reflection of my property as i had left it.
Total damage was around £2,000. I was awarded £200 by the Ombudsman as it was my word against theirs that i had given permission for all this.......... Moral of the story: PUT EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Current tenancy agreement states nothing to be done without written request from and written permission by the landlady.

We began renting with Parkers shortly before the new management team took over. After six months renting, the landlord decided to sell the house, meaning we had to move out. Unfortunately there was nothing suitable for us on Parkers' books, so we had to go to another estate agent. However, throughout the whole moving out process, Parkers were extremely helpful, efficient and supportive. After experiencing a check out which was very messy and aggresive in a previous property (and lettings agent!), Parkers were very reassuring and gave us really helpful advice on how to vacate the property.
I have always found the team at Parkers to be very friendly and have the best interests of the tennants in mind. I would definately go back to Parkers in the future.Was this review helpful? Yes

I have used the Lettings team at Parkers in Reading many times over the last 10 years. I have always found them to be fast and efficient and, even though I place my properties with a second letting agent too, it's invariably Parkers that find the tenants. Most recently they very quickly found me some excellent tenants for a property and the whole thing was smooth from start to finish. The team there really seem to know what they are doing and they also seem to have the hunger and will to make something happen. I would highly recommend them to Landlords.

Living several hundred miles away from our property we feel that it's management is in very capable hands and we are impressed by their efficiency and personal service. Twice we have let this property via this branch and both times they have secured tenants within the first few days and achieved market rental value. Keep up the good work.

We signed up to Parkers to sell our property after reading the reviews on this website. We were happy with all the initial organisation, however the pictures they took of the property were below average and not high quality and we ended up providing them with ones we took. I asked them to keep us informed with the statistics of how many on-line viewings we'd had, which I had to then chase them for each week. We've had 3 (apparent) viewings in the last 11 weeks and we have now moved to a new estate agent. I say apparent as I'm not even convinced they had people in when they say they did as nothing looked touched or moved and the feedback they gave (which I had to chase again) was always the same. Parkers just didn't seem bothered about selling our 1 bedroom flat - maybe it was below them?! I personally wouldn't recommend the Reading Branch, they were just too laid back and not pro-active enough!

They tried to charge me a thousand pound administration fee for just renting a property, and tried to force me to take out the most expensive insurance from Home Let. They are or were Home Let's play thing. Disgusting way to run a business.
They get 2 stars because having moved in after stressful negotiations to remove the above, the person staffing the maintenance helpline is actually extremely good, so that person gets the company a whole extra star all by themselves.

I have just purchased a property through Parkers and only have positive thing to say about them. I found them very punctual and efficient. I personally cannot stand aggressive sales staff and found Parkers far less pushy than others that I will not mention. Would definitely use again.

when I started looking for a property to rent in reading I have tried several letting agencies, Parker made a very good impression when I walked in I had the proper attention and I have been given several printouts all in color and quality paper to my surprise. During my tenancy I noticed that they were very organized and communicate to me in timely manner for anything I needed to know, whether it was a periodic property check or anything else.
When came the time to leave I have requested the property to be checked almost daily for mail which could have arrived lately, I have received a positive response and I have appreciated that.

The service offered by Parkers in Reading has been an excellent experience. The manager and his team all showed dedication and concern for a smooth process. Clients service and satisfaction are definitely on top of Parkers' agenda in Reading without putting any pressure. They have been of very good recommendations and Parkers' charges / fees are very competitive.

We rented our flat from Parkers over a year ago and they were brilliant. We were only in town for 2 days trying to see as many as possible and they arranged viewings quickly, even suggesting other flats. One was over our budget but they got the rent down for us and here we are today! A very quick, efficient service with the hold and paper work signed before we had to leave town and we had the same girl look after us. A bit of confusion with our renewal since our landlord wanted us to go on to a rolling contract but they were very flexible and we soon got our fee back. Looking to expand to a small house now and and would love to use Parkers again but they don't seem to have anything suitable at the moment, which is a real shame! I'll keep my eyes peeled though.

They are charging 117 gbp as checkin fees.. That no one charges in Reading and also they have the highest admin charges fees much more than Jon Hallet, Romans and Atlantis. I'm double checking my options before givign these absurd admin fees.

We both bought and sold a house through Parkers in Swindon in the last few weeks, and cannot commend the service they provided highly enough. My house was sold within a week of being on the market with them, and they also recommended the house I then bought. Although there were some frustrating delays in the chain, Glynn at the Swindon office never lost his sense of humour. He was also excellent at chasing people up and keeping us informed, which made the whole process very much easier. I would most definitely use them again.

Over the years my wife and I have had many dealings with estate agents through our previous work and as landlords. So when we came to sell our house we made sure that we talked to a number of different agents before choosing who to sell with. Parkers and particularly Ben was very good in that initial chat, however, even though are heart said go with him are mind said go with a larger agency. What a mistake that turned out to be, so we soon ditched them and went back to Parkers. Within seconds of making that choice we knew we had made the right decision. There customer services is excellent and the main agent who was assigned to us, James, constantly kept in touch with viewers feedback. And when we got a sale, he handled this with a great deal of professionalism and drove it through brilliantly. I can't rate them high enough. Thanks Ben, James and the rest of the Team at Parkers, Reading.

As a remote landlord, I cannot praise Parkers enough. Having had a number of issues with my property since vacating, the agents that I have dealt with (Ben & Damien) could not do enough for me, including taking over the management of the remaining few issues with the property so I did not have to keep driving the 160 mile round trip to supervise various tradesmen to enable the property to let.
For costs that were quoted to me (for example photos/ EPC/ Gas safe etc) I was keen to see if I could get a cheaper quote elsewhere, they were perfectly happy to let me do so and did not apply... (read more)

I am very pleased with this agency I was looked after very well by Damien and his team. The details produced were good and reflcted the nature of my house well, wveryone was knowledgeable and well briefed so that I could speak to anyone in the office and have effective conversations. They introduced four buyers in the deep winter period one of whom has bought the poprety we also got a fair price which i was pleased with.
I am moving out of the Thames Valley area with my job, otherwise I would be expecting to use them again.

They are really bad, none of them know the customer dealings. God saves anyone going to Parkers Reading.
I had a terrible experience with them, initially they showed me a pamphlet having a quote, then they refused to accept which they showed initially. They took deposit from me and wasted my pretty much a week. Please think ten times before going to Parkers.

I have just recently sold my first property ever, with Parkers Reading Town Centre, and they made the whole experience as easy as possible.
I'm already recommending them to friends who are thinking of selling their properties.
From the initial valuation (which Ben did - had 4 prospective agents come round and they stood out as the ones to use in my mind because of the overall package rather than fees alone), through to organising all the viewings and showing people round (which James did - keeping me up to date throughout) right through to progressing the sale and keeping on top of things (with Damien did - and I found him much more helpful/knowledgeable and on the ball than my solicitors) I found the whole team all helpful and I'm very pleased with the service I received.
Even after losing the original potential buyer (the only painful part of the whole process - but that was down to a problem investor/time waster more than any fault of Parkers), the property went straight back on the market and sold to the first person to be shown round for more money - brilliant.

We recently successfully sold a property with Parkers. Good points - easy to get hold of on the phone, professional, not too pushy, competitive rate, good at nagging solicitors. They also did a good job of keeping our buyer happy when our purchase further up in the chain fell through. Bad points - we had a lot of viewings from people that seemed to know little or nothing about the house, which felt like a bit of a waste of time sometimes and there were some initial inaccuracies with the floor plan/brochure. Overall I would recommend using them again as the positives outweigh the minor negatives.

If there are any problems at all with the houses they have been promptly addressed with the minimum of fuss, and a friendly but professional attitude.
From listening to me when I tell them what I'm looking for, to arranging viewings, paperwork and ongoing care, they are fantastic. Great team. Highly recommended.

Truly exceptional service provided to me from Parkers Reading, market place office.
They are the embodiment of everything that is good about a busy town center Estate Agent.I buy, sell and rent property and could not ask any more from an agent.
First dealings with this office was in 2000 and very busy with them this year. Nothing is to much trouble for them.
Very very professional, diligent, knowledgeable and courteous, all done with out any stress... fantastic.
From my experiences with Parkers I wouldn`t hesitate to recommend them.

I put my house on the market with the Reading branch of Parkers in June 2009. After an horrific buying experience through Romans (seriously, don't touch them with a 60' pole), I asked 3 agents to value our property (Parkers, Haslams and Patrick Williams who we were buying through), and Parkers were by far the most knowledgeable about the area and had several similar properties sold within the recent past in the area.
The agents that I dealt with were Ben (who valued the house), James who organised lots of viewings, and Damien who handled the sale.

Parkers were, from my experience, everything stereotypical and bad about estate agents.
They promised the world and did nothing.......not even the basics.
From going to market with them they applied for my HIP the week after they told me they had.
Produced a draft brochure with the spelling of a five year old and even after I corrected included typos on the final version.
Took 3 weeks after HIPs was completed to get a for sale board up and this was only after we chased and chased for one

All they care about is money, money, money.

I would not recommend this agent to anyone. We had our house up for both sales and lettings and the service we received was non-existant. I am convinced the agent made up viewings just to keep us happy, the agent never called us to give feedback, we had to do all the chasing. When we requested feeback we were told either (a) No-one turned up or (b) they liked the property but want to continue viewing others. The response never changed. One half of the sales team (barely out of short trousers) did not have the first clue about customer service. He was rude and obnoxious and treated us as if we were a burden! Ths agent has wasted a great deal of our time, I would never use them again.

I had 4 sales fall through with Parkers, they don't vet their people very well as I have been messed around for a year now and am back to square one - each time I had to chase them for info and I had to recommend reducing the price a few times - basically doing their job for them!

They lied about viewings taking place and ignored my phone calls. I actually hosted a second viewing as they were 'too busy' and sold the place. The buyer wasn't aware of half the information I told her, despite it being disclosed to Parkers from the start. Would not use them again and have advised friends against them as well

Tried to arrange a number of properties to be managed by Parkers, they failed to carry out tasks they had undertaken to do despite repeated assurances that they would and one month after initial contact they have still not taken on properties and are not returning calls.

 The adminstrative charges are exhorbitant (I cannot quite fathom being charged £400 for printing out documents, inventory checking and very less proactiveness from the sales staff) Only if this could be reduced to a more purse friendly amount.
2) Parkers did not allow any contact with the landlord, thereby introducing additional layer for any issues (although we did not face very many). , cut off/pulled out most broadband cables, leaving the rest dangling in mid-air and repainted the property to their own requirtements. The inventory was taken AFTERWARDS so there was no reflection of my property as i had left it.
Total damage was around £2,000. I was awarded £200 by the Ombudsman as it was my word against theirs that i had given permission for all this.......... Moral of the story: PUT EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Current tenancy agreement states nothing to be done without written request from and written permission by the landlady.

I say apparent as I'm not even convinced they had people in when they say they did as nothing looked touched or moved and the feedback they gave (which I had to chase again) was always the same.  could not do enough for me, including taking over the management of the remaining few issues with the property so I did not have to keep driving the 160 mile round trip to supervise various tradesmen to enable the property to let.
For costs that were quoted to me (for example photos/ EPC/ Gas safe etc) I was keen to see if I could get a cheaper quote elsewhere, they were perfectly happy to let me do so and did not apply pressure sales tactics to go with \'their\' supplier.
At one point there was a serious issue with the alarm last thing on a Friday, Parkers completely took over the problem for me, sourcing someone to fix the issue in no time, giving me a quote that was actually cheaper than any of the quotes I had been given as I desperately rang around (and was preparing to jump into the car for a 3 hour journey through peak traffic...).
Letting a property from a distance is stressful, but I feel very assured at the level of professionalism shown. I was genuinely surprised at the willingness to deliver over and above, even on a fully managed service. , through to organising all the viewings and showing people round (which James did - keeping me up to date throughout) right through to progressing the sale and keeping on top of things (with Damien did - and I found him much more helpful/knowledgeable and on the ball than my solicitors) I found the whole team all helpful and I'm very pleased with the service I received.

, I asked 3 agents to value our property (Parkers, Haslams and Patrick Williams who we were buying through), and Parkers were by far the most knowledgeable about the area and had several similar properties sold within the recent past in the area.
The agents that I dealt with were Ben (who valued the house), James who organised lots of viewings, and Damien who handled the sale.
