Very caring and concerned about matters such as safety.
They are a good interface between me and the landlord.
Personal attention, rapid response to queries.
Gas safety more than adeqautely dealt with and in a timely manner by Dipak who explains everything.

Prior to Paramount we dealt with another agent whom we had endless concerns over. Since Paramount took over the management, the level of service has been very supportive and excellent. It saves us a significant amount of time knowing the property is in capable hands. Our main contacts (Hayley & Morelle) are always responsive and willing to help. Highly recommended.

One thing is for sure, if we ever decided to leave our current residence we will try to snag away Hayley and Morelle and try taking them with us! And i am not kidding! We have lived in our place for over 3 years now and i am so happy to have these two ladies, who will come to our aid no matter what. I know whenever i pick up the phone or send an email about a matter, it is dealt with immediately. They support us with an incredible dedication to their job and us, the tenants: Yes, they even will without prompting chase suppliers on our behalf and kick ass if necessary. How great is!? We feel fortunate to be looked after by such a great team. I can only describe them as rays of sunshine.

Dominic Moyes was the first agent I spoke with when doing the 'West End Lane agent walk' and having not lived in London before, I was in need of some clear, honest guidance. Dominic, unlike most agents I subsequently came across, certainly gave me that. He always did what he said he was going to do and treated me like an individual, which was all too rare an experience during my flat hunting. Thanks Dom'.

I have had a business relationship with Mark, Dominic and Spencer for approximately 9 years now. The service provided has been fantastic in all of those years and I have not once had any cause to complian. All three have been friendly and they have always sought get the best that they can for my properities and the tenants they have found for me have been great, hassle free!!
I most definately recommend Paramount as a great business partner to have!!

Over the years Paramount have been our agent for buying, selling and renting properties and on every occasion they have delivered a first rate service much to our satisfaction. Even though we hadn't dealt with the company for over 3 years I had no hesitation in approaching David Warren from the sales side for some impartial advice re a survey/valuation report for a new mortgage which in our opinion was inaccurate. David, without any obligation was extremely helpful and within 24 hours came up with details of a number of comparable properties sold recently which should help our case. Many thanks David!

I have been a tenant in a Paramount maintained property for the last 3 years.
One of the reasons I have stayed so long is the excellent service from Morelle Baker and Hayley Hills.
Any problem I have had regarding maintenance of my apartment has always been taken care of promptly and to a high standard. They are always so friendly and helpful on the phone too.
I also want to mention Lucy Shapiro, as she was a great help when we had the riots in Hackney, and any other matter I have contacted her with, has also been dealt with to a very high standard.

The flat I live in has been managed by Paramount for 6 years and was sourced by Paramount in the first place. In the six years I have been living there Paramount have been great at dealing with any problems arising in the flat especially dealing with problems out of hours.
They give a really personal service and genuinely care about tenants well being. I would recommend Paramount as a Letting Agent to anybody, I must say after 12 years of renting I must say Paramount have been the best so far.Special Thank You to Hayley and the Team.

Right from the word go Paramount have provided a fantastic service something which I have not usually associated with Estate management in London. Dominic was very helpful with the initial contract setup and renewal.
In the 18 months since we have been there Hayley has always provided very helpful assistance with any issue we have had. The service has been prompt and efficient in every way.

I dealt with Rob Lazarus on a property purchase I made recently and would recommend him and the team at Paramount in West Hampstead. I thought Rob was thorough, efficient and responsive and as a first time buyer, I found the support provided by him and the Paramount team as we went through the purchase process, very reassuring. Follow-up service from the rentals team, who helped me find a tenant for my property, was also very efficient. I would use this office again for future property transactions.

I have been dealing with paramount for over 10 years. Their customer service is second to none. They produce timely monthly statements, the rent is always on time and there are no void periods between tenancies. What is amazing is the ability of Mark Durban to respond to any email request by return regardless of the time I send the email. Phenomenal service!

Oliver Lewis was the agent on a property we were looking to buy and due to some of the survey results, there were some lengthy negotiations before the sale went ahead. Oliver kept both the buyer and seller informed throughout the process and managed to negotiate an agreement over the course of a few weeks. Another agent may not have been as patient or helpful and we could have ended up walking away from a flat which we are now very happy with.

Lionel Stoll at Paramount was acting for the seller when we were purchasing our property on West End Lane in 2010. Right from the start of what turned out to be a fairly convoluted process, Lionel was extremely helpful, went out of his way to guide us through every step, and all of this when he was not even acting for us. He was very patient and courteous in dealing with our concerns as first-time buyers, did not hesitate in expediting things as appropriate on his side, and was always prompt and responsive to all our communications. He even offered some very pertinent advice when our own solicitor was giving us trouble! We are very grateful to Paramount and Lionel for helping us get to the finish line comfortably, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for sales / rentals in the area.
