We have been using Paramount Properties for the past 7 years as our Lettings Agent. We were introduced to Mark Durban when we first engaged Paramount to let our flat as we would be residing abroad. We found Mark to be very professional in his dealings and his expertise in the Lettings market was obvious when he was able to let our flat within days of listing. He has continued to provide an exemplary service each time there is a renewal by being prompt, efficient and courteous.
Special mention also goes to Hayley Hills who is our Property Manager. Hayley is efficient in dealing with any queries and keeps us informed of any issues that may arise.

i have to say , there is no surprise why "Paramount Properties" are no.1 at the uk and london and that Mark Durban is no.1 in Best Rated Staff in the UK (he should share this space with Rebecca )!

The sale has been hugely problematic due to a number of complications but Lionel has gone beyond the call of normal duty to see it through. I should imagine his fee was burnt on this sale some time ago but he stuck with it, remained polite and been a great conduit throughout. I would absolutely recommend Lionel to anyone selling a property in the area he covers.

We moved across from Australia 1 year ago and visited a host of agencies in and around North London trying to find a place to live. Mark was the best agent by a massive margin. He listened to our desires and recommended properties that met our needs, he didn't push us to view properties which were outside of our price range and he was extremely helpful in assisting us to get through the paperwork.
I would absolutely recommend using Mark's services and, by extension, Paramount Properties.

We let our flat through Paramount for 2 years with the help of Mark. Having never rented out a property before we really appreciated Mark's guidance. It was always easy to contact him and issues were dealt with in a efficient and professional manner.
We then decided to sell the property and were handed over to Oliver. Again he guided us through the selling process and how to market the flat and get the best possible price for it. There were some complicated freehold issues that took nearly 14 months to resolve. Throughout this time it was Oliver who maintained communication between the solicitors, convinced the buyer it was worth waiting for and generally kept things moving. As with Mark he was always easy to contact and helpful.
We would recommend Paramount to anyone renting out or selling a property in the area. They were superb and we felt supported every step of the way.

I had a daunting 12 month wait before the sale actually went through. Oliver kept the process moving as fast as he could and despite the duration I never felt that I wasn't a priority. I appreciated his diligence and approach to clients which I would describe as persistent but not overly abrasive. I would highly recommend Oliver and the Paramount team.

I feel very fortunate to have found Paramount Properties and Spencer Lawrence. A few months ago, I was at the end of my tether with the previous managing agents and didn't know where to begin sorting out the mess that was left behind.
Spencer guided me through every step of recovering control of my property and has done everything to help me get the flat ready for rental - recommending solicitors, liaising with the previous tenants, obtaining safety certificates, changing the locks, arranging for the flat to be cleaned and cleared of rubbish left by the previous tenants, arranging repairs and dealing with contractors - such a huge relief to me given that I am 400 miles away and currently too ill to travel to London. He has completely restored my faith in agents and I look forward to working with him for many years to come.
I would recommend Paramount without hesitation or reservation, either as letting or managing agents.

I am a landlord and have been letting my flat through Paramount Properties for several years.My main contact is Ray Jacobs and it is always a pleasure to work with him. He is always super helpful and practical. You can tell straight away that this company is about honest business and taking care of their customers, unlike most other agents that I've met. At Paramount they are more interested in establishing a long-term relationship with you than to just say anything to make some quick money. I totally recommend them.

Hayley was our "go-to" person for dealing with our day to day maintenance problems during our tenancy. She was always extremely efficient, friendly and sympathetic. As well as making sure our issue was resolved quickly she would provide regular updates so we would always know what was happening. She was fantastic.

I would highly recommend Paramount when selling a property. I had a very positive experience in that I accepted an asking price offer within a week. Thereafter the sale progressed slowly because of post-credit-crunch-related difficulties with the buyer's mortgage provider, but Oliver Lewis at Paramount patiently navigated us all through the obstacles towards an ultimately successful conclusion. He was easy to deal with and certainly earned his commission!

All - I would like to highly recommend Paramount agency and James Carter in particular. James quickly understood my requirements and arranged viewings only of properties meeting my criteria. But best of all, he got me to my present flat in West Hampstead; I have called several times to other agencies that managed this property but was only James the one that quickly returned my calls and arranged everything for me be leaving here. The agency even helped the landlord and us to closed the agreement by resigning to part of their commission.
Do not hesitate to contact James at Paramount if you are moving to WH.

Spencer has been great! He has done everything for us to get the property in shape for rental, while we have been overseas! Arranging cleaning, repairs, working with contractors: it has been such a relief to know he is there taking care of the property and looking after our interests. We want our property cared for and feel it is in good hands.
His communication, one of the key factors with a managing agent, has been excellent. He is efficient, friendly, hardworking, and we really feel we have an advocate looking out for us and our property.

I have been with paramount for the last 11 years for letting & management of my property. The staff I have dealt with the Paramount are very helpful,friendly,prompt &professional. The tenants are carefully selected and Spencer in particular has excellent knowledge of local renting condition and advises me in order to maximise my yields. I am delighted to highly recommend Spencer Lawrence from Paramount Properties. Really, I can't say enough positive things about my dealings with Spencer. We are overseas landlords and Spencer has gone above and beyond requirements to help us let out our Hampstead flat. His communication has been excellent and he has followed through on all promises. He has a keen eye to know what needs to be done to fix up a flat for rental while bearing in mind budget requirements. He has managed to put our flat in a better state to let out than when we acquired it and has kept the costs to a reasonable level. I would highly recommend Spencer to any landlord and specifically to an overseas landlord. He has really been great and is a nice person to work with.

I recently bought a small flat from Paramount Estate Agent in West Hampstead. I was dealing with Oliver Lewis and he was a pleasure to work with. The flat was listed with two agencies and i believe the reason it sold through Paramount is due to their professionalism and their excellent customer service. Oliver was happy to answer any questions i had, he met me at a flat a few times and was always available to take my calls and to meet in person. His positive attitude and honest approach were critical for me to make an offer and eventually complete on the sale. I appreciate the fact that Paramount was not making that much commission from the sale, yet they were very helpful and treated me with utmost respect. I really liked dealing with Oliver as he was honest, straight to the point and competent. He was also very good at dealing with both sides of the lawyers and pushing the deal though as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend paramount and Oliver.
