David is by far one of the best estate agents I've ever dealt with- and I used to be one myself! Professional, friendly, responsive and generally a really nice guy. From when I viewed the flat to its completion he's been always helpful and made the deal run smoothly. I highly recommend him and Paramount.

We used to deal with another letting agent, which was utterly unprofessional and selected "any" tenants without the necessary checks just to get their fee. The tenants trashed the flat and it took a lot of time and money to put things right. ToMark is an excellent professional, from tenant selection to helping with the process and contracts. Paramount ALWAYS returns e-mails and calls, and they make sure that we feel comfortable with the process. They have a "can" solve attitude, and they always have a solution for any scenario, where both tenants and landlord feel comfortable.
Paramount will continue to handle our property, we would not give it to anybody else!

This agent Danielle Davy has been fantastic she has dealt with all my concerns or any problems I have had with upmost efficiency and her manner in which she has done so has been impeccable!
I will actually miss our pleasant phone conversations Dani has been very supportive over problems I had in the flat and always showed compassion, never just tried to fob me off always helped me, she is very good at what she does and I would recommend her every time!Huge thanks for everything!!

Paramout was professional and courteous in all our dealings with them. Our agent was punctual for our viewing and was knowledgeable about the property. Paramount Properties and Danielle in particular have been excellent in sorting out a multitude of problems in the otherwise lovely property we are renting. She has been prompt in replying to emails and arranging visits from maintenance staff who have also been efficient and professional. These relatiively niggling faults would have otherwise made our life miserable.

I contacted Paramount Lettings to view a studio flat which I ended up taking. My agent's (James Carter) behaviour has always been very friendly and professional. He did everything he could to ensure that I felt I got the best property for my needs and price range by providing me with good knowledge of the area and property availability before making my decision. Since becoming a tenant I have found dealing with Paramount very easy and any issues I have had have been resolved swiftly. i can only recommend this lettings agency and my agent.

I was rather underwhelmed by my experiences with Paramount. They recommended a fairly ambitious target price, but then failed to get many people through the door, or get any offers anywhere near the asking price in 2 months of marketing the property.
Paramount were pretty disinterested when chased about trying to 'drum up some business', with their only suggestion being that I significantly drop the price. Oliver Lewis in particular seemed disengaged.

We were extremely happy with both Mark and Danielle's help over the 3 years we lived in NW2 and only moved because we wanted to live in a completely different part of London. If we had stayed near we would've stayed with Paramount.

I have rented for 3 years and the last property agent I had, I barely had any interaction with and they were difficult to get over email or phone. Since moving 1 month ago, I have been in contact with Danielle weekly if not daily and asking about everything and anything. She has always answered extremely promtly and got any niggles sorted without hassle and while we are at work so there is no disturbance. the service is always a high standard and it is nice to be able to rely on somebody and know there is support there.

I found Dominic to be reliable and efficent, i rented a previous property through him (he was my agent) for 2 years. Due to his reliablity, efficently and he knows what his clientie are looking for I went staright back to him, within 6 days of first contacting him, I had moved in my new home. Mark was very proactive after receiving our offer in getting in contact with the landlord immediately and getting back to us as soon as possible. I have recently moved into a flat on West End Lane, NW6. I can honestly say that Mark Durban has been a pleaure to deal without throught the entire process. Mark was very professional, friendly and helpful. He was efficient in dealing with our requests and has made the process very easy. Mark also acts as the manager for our flat and has dealt quickly with the very few minor issues we encountered. Our original agent, Oliver Lewis, has left mid-way through the process and our deal has passed to Robert. This, probably, partly explain the lack of the active agent's involvement in the process. We had to inform our buyer on the status of the chain, had to follow-up with the buyers on major milestones and a lot of negotiation on the completion date has also happened without pro-active agency involvement. On a few occasions, the agent was unavailable for contact from the agency where we were buying the property from.
Our buyer has happen to be very slow and over-cautious through the process and all these difficulties listed above could have been easily avoided if Paramount took a more pro-active position and been on top of everything.
To be fair, they have done their job at the end and delivered what required of them, but it could have easily been much more pleasant experience if they have put just a bit more effort than they actually did.
