I needed to find a property in Pinner and had tight deadlines to move in. The whole team were fantastic in aiding my search. P&P found the perfect property, I viewed it, but had to go away on a business trip before i could tie up the paperwork.During this time, the P&P team were happy to deal with me while I was overseas, as this threw up certain difficulties. Barbara was particularly helpful, and made every effort to ensure the property was secured before I returned. I really don't ever write on these sites, but felt in this case, due to the helpful and professional nature in my dealings with P&P, that I had to. Thank you to at P&P.

Who ever wrote bad reviews of Paige and Petrook ,don't believe them .the reason is I am renting a property for the past 10 yrs and I call the owner Clive the best agent of the year every year for the par 10 yrs. They are very efficient and polite. They are not racist and have an amazing team of staffs. I will recommend them to anyone. Go for it , the best in harrow.

As we were emigrating, we had to let our home. We only went to Paige & Petrook as we had been recommended to use them by a friend who also used them & also renting is their speciality.
The service provided was excellent. From the time we went through their door it was efficient & effective & everything they said they would do, they did.

I use Paige and Petrook to let after my property in Pinner and have also used them to let a property for a short period while doing a renovation. In both cases, they have come right up to expectation. They have always found us tenants and been there to answer any questions when needed. Their staff are extremely friendly and willing to help.
I would recommend them to anyone, be they landlords or tenants.

The whole team at Paige and Petrook have been nothing but efficient, personable and professional. I have really appreciated all the support they have given me and all the useful advice they have provided. They have found me my perfect home, with a fantastic landlord, whilst maintaining continuous contact.
I think the reviews on here saying otherwise may well be posted by disgruntled agents who have failed to provide similar services, as I have experienced with previous agents in the past.
Thank you to Barbara and all her colleagues for making this a pleasant and hassle free transition, and congratulations on your high standards of service.

We had a really really bad experience with Paige & Petrook an warn others not to use them! They treated us badly and provided no customer service whatsoever. They basically made our lives a nightmare. If you want to give yourself a yr of hell then use them, if not please use someone else!
