I currently rent through these people and have to say that I was thrilled to see that I am not the only one to receive such a terrible service. I did think that it was just me and can not believe that this agent can treat people in such a way! I have never paid my rent late or caused any problems but as soon as I need something doing they never take my calls, pass the buck on whos responsibity it is and just couldnt care less about me!
I am a single parent with a little boy and really started renting to try to illiminate having to deal with property problems myself which clearly hasnt happened! I do not advise you use this agent!!!!

Same here! Have also not had any of the deposit returned after over 3 months!! No help at all from Paige & Petrook who are wiping their hands of it.

We had a really really bad experience with Paige & Petrook an warn others not to use them! They treated us badly and provided no customer service whatsoever. They basically made our lives a nightmare. If you want to give yourself a yr of hell then use them, if not please use someone else!

A very dissapointing experience, will not be using this agency again thats for sure. The rude staff and slack procedures made this a stressful experience and gives renting a bad name

Avoid these people at all costs.... they have set up their business to rip people off. They are very unreasonable and extremely rude!

One to avoid. I hear that they do not refund deposits despit the place being spotless. A friend showed me an invoice showing charges of £117 for 10 light bulbs and £35 for tightening a screw for the toilet roll holder. These charges where made by their biggest client (landlord) so you could expect the same.
