- Would you use the agent again? No
They make you pay £200 before you move in to a property, then also like to take £50 from your deposit before you get it back, even the actual landlords were ashamed to hear this when I and another tenant complained about this. I would not suggest dealing with this agent as they are purely driven by greed!
