In all honesty, I couldn't have asked or wished for a better agent as Leanne was a pleasure to work with at all times. Leane has a lovely telephone manner which puts you at ease and it quite often felt as though I was talking to a friend more than an agent.
When I decided to sell my property, Leanne gave me an honest opinion of the condtion of my apartment which ensured it was marketed at the correct price and Leanne always informed me of any viewings that were lined up and then promptly gave me feedback as to how the viewings went. When a buyer was found, Leanne handled the negotiations in a very professional way. Due to a few complications, the sale of my property took a lot longer than originally thought but Leanne updated me constantly as to progress and also liaised regularly with my buyers to ensure they were aware of the reasons for the delays which kept them happy and from pulling out of purchasing my property. If you are lucky enough to have Leanne handle the sale or purchase of your property, you will not be disappointed with the service you receive.

The service we were given by Tony Platt and his Team was/is excellent. Louise was very helpful in the beginning, she sorted us out a few viewings and found us a Flat we really liked. Louise also managed to secure the price we wanted albeit the Landlord was considering increasing the figure so we were thankful for that. After we had the Offer accepted, Chelsea took us through the whole Administration process and was very efficient. My experience of Letting Agent's post completion/moving in in the past has been very poor but I have to say Chelsea has kept in touch and actioned any specific requests we have had.
As a final comment, I would like to thank Tony and his Team for the exceptional service they gave us. :-)

Efficient and professional service. Very prompt reply to any query. Unlike many estate agents the staff (in this instance I dealt with James Cairns) at Outlook do not pressurise clients in making a quick choice.

I have rented from many agents over the years including three in London and Outlook have been by far the best I have ever experienced.
From the start the Agent I worked with was punctual and very personable and genuinely cared that the property I selected was a great fit and within my budget. Unlike any other agent I have ever experienced he was also very communicative and answered his mobile via text or call at all hours. I appreciated this especially as I was on quite a tight deadline to get things sorted.

Sukhi helped us throughout our search for a property in the area, often going out of his way to help us and generally being easy to get hold of. Every property we were shown was suitable to our criteria, and even after our first property fell through due to an indecisive landlord, Sukhi again helped us find a property even better in which we are now settled in and love. Agents fees were reasonable and I would generally recommend Outlook highly if looking in the Stratford area. Simon was also very helpful when Sukhi was unavailable.

Jodie was fabulous, very helpful and patient. we managed to get lost on the way to look at the property,and ended up being half an hour late. all this time she was standing outside waiting for us and giving us directions yet again. I rented property through outlook for over two years and must say their apartments are the best in East London. They have good deals to offer and have staff (not all) who know their job well.
Amongst all staff my wife & I found Sukhi Jabbal to be the best. Always approachable, very soft spoken, attentive and honest (unlike a few other staff who are rude and arrogant). Sukhi gave us exceptional service on all occasions, proving how dedicated and enthusiastic he was towards his work. I highly recommend Outlook Property. This is the second time I have gone through Outlook for my rented accommodation and they have exceeded all of my expectations. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
I was in fact departing my property. Tony first came around to assess the flat before putting it back onto the market. Leanne negotiated and handled a very difficult and complex sale with total proffesionalism. When matters look their worest she provided support and guidance as all part of the service.

Dealt with this agent for the first time last week. Showed up for my appointment approx 30 mins late.
I won't say his name here as rule say I must not - but I don't think the agent was even going to show up at all until I made a big fuss about letting me down. I believe other appointments had been cancelled in the area so he couldn't be bothered to show up to see me and had enough busines back at the shop. He didn't say this but it was the impression I got.

Having dragged myself the length and breadth of London looking for a pleasant and affordable one-bedroom flat for the best part of a month, it was apparent that I had finally stumbled into a promising agency within seconds of stepping foot in Outlook's Walthamstow office. Whereas most agencies take your specifications, make all the right noises, and then never call you again - or alternatively drag you off to look at an overpriced shoebox they've blatantly been trying to shake for decades - here I was promptly presented with a screenfull of options, one of which immediately stood out.
Upon viewing it indeed proved to be not only the nicest, but among the more resonable properties I'd seen all month.
The proceeding service was equally comendable. Our agent was polite, competent and helpful throughout. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Having seen numerous (so called agents) in Canary Wharf, where both my Husband and I were beginning to lose the will to live, due to a complete disregard for the client/tenant, plus no sense of ethics, Outlook, on the Excel Marina are a breath of fresh air. All four members of the team, James, Hayley, Leanne and Matthew are in our opinion, definitely way above average in their dealings both with the tenant and landlord, (as our Landlord has nothing but praise for them as well) and they combine efficiency together with a friendly approach, and more importantly, they are extremely honest so you can trust their judgement 100% and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them as the number one Estate Agency to go to.

I had never rented my property before and was recommended to Outlook by a friend.
From the moment I contacted them, to the moment I rented my property I could not have had a more friendly or efficient service. The flat was added to the internet immediately, viewings were arranged and confirmed, and my flat was rented each time without any gaps in tenancy. Hayley was exceptionally professional and, as I hadn't let my flat before, she explained everything clearly and in depth - nothing was too much trouble. The contracts, deposits and references were all put through with speed and I felt that the experience was hassle free and effortless. When this tenancy runs out, I will definitely be using Outlook again and would recommend them to anyone.

The agent knew the property well and knew what could be achieved in terms of rental based on their recent local experience - appreciated their honesty and advice of what was needed to be able to re-let quickly.
Jeremy suggested a local carpet supplier & fitter and got a quotation within a few hours, so impressed by this kind of service.

I would recommend this agent on balance, but I did not use them myself and had to make a complaint to them. It was dealt with very effectively and I was given AN APOLOGY and also the agent AGREED TO WAIVE THEIR FEE if I moved into an apartmetn with them. I thought that was very nice and dealt with very well.
So I have left a neutral 3 star review so as not to postive or negative the result but I did want to share my experience.

Very friendly customer service, we were taken to see our property the following day. We had to wait an additional 12 days from original move in date because previous tenant was late exiting, leaving insifficient time to clean the house properly. However despite some of this difficulty, the real estate worked with us to get all our issues resolved promptly. I will rent with Outlook next time.

Having dealt with the worst agents possible, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Jonathan at outlook properties.
He was extremely helpful and ensured all paper work was in place. He was also very accommodating and went out of his way to ensure smooth transition into the property. I was explained everything in details and was given all formal paperwork that I would need as a tenant. We approached a number of agents when our previous landlord decided to ask us to vacate the property so he could do it up for the olympics, giving us only 2 months notice over xmas!
I was going round a number of agents, all those were not particularly helpful. By chance I walked into Outlook and they were extremely helpful and said they had a property just come on the market.
Upon viewing the property, there were a few issues that I required to be sorted out. The agent was extremely helpful and professional and agreed to raise the issues with the landlord and arranged for the work required to be done. There have been some teething problems as with all new properties, all of which have been resolved very quickly and efficiently.I am extremely happy with outlooks professionalism, helpfulness and customer care. I would recommend them to anyone looking for property in east London.

I can highly recommend this company.... We have just bought our first property in London and have been looked after by Simon Castle ( Stratford office ) who has been a terrific help through each stage of the letting process. Within three days of completion, we had our first tenant moving in. He has been in constant contact through out and has helped to liaise between ourselves, tenant, and developer due to us being such a distance away in Somerset.

I have nothing but praise for this company. My property in Leyton had become vacant, but my previous agent had not been able to find a suitable tenant. The problem was then made far worse when squatters moved in.
As I live in Manchester, It was very difficult to decide how to solve the problem,I toured the local Leyton agents looking for practical advice, and was fortunate to meet Jeremy Turner of Outlook.His practical help in advising me what to do, both in terms of refubishment required, which type of tenant to appeal to, rental that could be achieved,and of suitable contacts was invaluable. The attitude of all the staff I met in that office is a tribute to the company; I can only say it is the most professional agency that I have used, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

My boyfriend and I have lived in Walthamstow for 4 years and really needed to move but wanted to stay in the area. After 6 months we were nearly ready to give up. Me and my girlfriend have been looking at a lot of properties in London and have fallen in love with Walthamstow. We've looked at a few agents and a few houses but nothing has jumped out at us. Mainly the estate agents haven't been helpful and for me I want to know that spending a lot of money (as buying it a big investment) that it's money well spent on top of being a nice place.
Luke was very polite and helpful on this viewing. I am very happy with the service he offered. He definitely knew what he was talking about and was confident in telling us. This was very reassuring. Me and my girlfriend are still in talks on what our next steps are but regardless we'll be looking at a few more properties and we hope Luke is available to do our viewing.

Outlook made finding a new place to live effortless. After visiting the Walthamstow office for the first time I was taken to view a property immediately. As I was happy to rent the property we started on the paperwork within the hour. Louise, who I mainly dealt with, was friendly, polite and very professional. I found all the staff in the office to be friendly and good humored. There's a lot of forms that have to be filled in when renting these days but everything was sorted out very efficiently. I would use this agency again.

Both Hayley and James are excellent professionals who have been nothing but service orientated and attentive to details when seeking new tenants on my behalf. From there on the management of the apartment by Chris has been most helpful and very efficient. As I live overseas it is essential that I have an agent I can rely on and Outlook has provided just that. All the staff work in a very timely manner and are a pleasure to deal with.

I tried quite a number of agencies in my quest to find the magic combination of location, rent price and quality for a flat in London's Isle of Dogs/Royal Docks area. Dealing with Outlook was pleasant from the beginning. The 2nd flat they showed me was the perfect one for me. I dealt with James C from their Excel Marina office. From our first meeting till I signed the contract, he was very attentive, patient and easy to deal with. He surely deserved the excellence in customer service award that I saw on his desk!
What I liked the most about dealing with Outlook was the flexibility and patience I was treated with. James took the time and effort to clarify, and even amend, any clauses in the contract which I wasn't sure I understood. In all my dealings with estate agents and letting agents over many years I can honestly say I have never encountered a more efficient and professional company. The manager Simon is utterly helpful and never ceases to impress me. I know this may sound a bit over-the-top and to be honest I have very high standards and often have reason to complain about things but this company have always surpassed my expectations. When my tenants moved out Simon and his colleagues even went down and gave the flat a quick clean themselves. They have fixed small items for me, way beyond their duties. I have nothing but praise for these guys.

I worked with Simon the manager of Outlook Stratford. He was very helpful from the outset. He offered me a discounted rate on selling the property. He was honest with me that Outlook had taken a break from selling during the recession, and he checked out his first instincts of a realistic price by researching what other houses had recently got in the same small area. I was starting to find this whole moving aspect very stressful. I contacted John and informed him of which properties I would like to view, they didn't show me others that I would not of been interested in, they just kept my specifics. I was looking for a one bedroom flat in West Ham/Stratford area and went to every agency which operated in this area. Out of all the agencies Outlook was the only one who really took an interest in what I was looking for. I dealt with Jay who regularly called to update me on the search. I felt that the customer service provided by Outlook was far ahead of other agencies. I didn't end up moving in the end but will be moving probably this time next year and I will definitely go back to Outlook for their help.

I originally took out the property on a 12 month contract as it was a great base to travel into central london for a consultancy project I was working on. I have dealt with many agents in the past, and I have got to say that they are by far the best! I was politly greeted upon arrival which made me feel very welcome.
The lettings negotiator (Lucas) was very helpful. He listening to everything I had to say and matched me with a property that was a best fit with my criteria. He worked past his working hours to help me as i work late evenings. He even called me every Monday without fail to see how I was and if there was any change in what I'm looking for.

Fantastic, personable staff - as a first time landlady, I had so many questions and John and his team really took the time to explain the ins and outs to me. They found me a suitable tenant quickly and without fuss and their follow up service has been superb. I would wholeheartedly recommend Outlook to anyone looking for a property manager. I now live in a different city and I know that my flat is in safe hands. Also, the staff at the property management company that I have dealt with here in Manchester have been rude and shoddy, which makes me appreciate the work of Outlook even more.

Outlook were one of the agents I asked to market my property when I was looking to find new tenants recently. Although I didn't end up using them as property managers (as another agency found me suitable tenants first), branch manager John Williams and the other staff John and Leon were always very professional, helpful and refreshingly straight-forward in the dealings I had with them. Although my experience with the company was clearly limited, I would certainly consider using their services in the future and would recommend them to prospective landlords on that basis.

We needed to find the right property, and quickly, when we moved to London - Outlook took the time to listen to what we needed, and find us the right rental flat in the ideal location. This was done swiftly, but without any pressure on us, and we were delighted with the outcome.
Since the deal was completed, we have been back into the office several times, and we have always been received with professionalism and friendliness. All I can think is that the person who posted the review saying that the manager of this office was unfriendly and arrogant must be in a parallel universe, as she has always been delightful to deal with, as indeed have all the staff there.
It's a shame there aren't more letting agencies around who work to this standard.

I have recently signed a contract for a single bed flat through Outlook at Stratford, London. Mr. Sukhi Jabbal who is a letting consultant from outlook has offered his best services. I am glad and very happy in the way the consultant has shown us the property and explained what has to be fixed, what needs to be done and he has taken care of everything in a proper way. I have rented in Stratford for over 6 years now and for the first time, 9 months ago I took a place with Outlook which was actully on a recommendation from my Friend who has been with Outlook for 2 years. It has only been 9 months but I would say I would not go with any other agent now. The Management department I mainly deal with and a guy in particular who looks after any problems I have. In 9 months I have had a couple of things go wrong and contractors arrived within 48hrs on both occassions and most recent I had a very serious issue that they repaired within 24hrs. I am aware my landlord is very nice but I always get a friendly and efficient response everytime I call there office. Nice to have a single point of contact as well. Keep up the good work.

I currently live overseas and had my property managed by Churchill's which was the worse two and a half years of my life. I have never experienced such a mickey mouse set up before these guys. On a visit to Europe and with only a week in London I had to pull my property out of Churchill's at the last minute after I could no longer cope with the continuous poor service from Churchill's and their constant need to spend my rent money without my consent. I own 18 flats and have been renting them out through Outlook for the past 7 years. They have consistently found me good tenants, with almost no voids between tenants. I have always used Homelet for the first year, following their advice, but have never had to use it, as I have never had a tenant miss even a single months rent. Recently let my property using Outlook. I was completely new to the whole process I found the senior staff at the Leyton Office to be Professional and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the lettings process. I've rented throughout London over the years, and been subject to some awful places and unhelpful landlords. I must say that since I've moved in to my new place, I have been treated with respect by the lettings agents who were honest and ran through all the paperwork with me in detail. I must admit I have found some minor problems arise on moving into the property but that's to be expected, the property management staff have reacted quickly, always polite and kept me updated. Although I eventually got a flat with another agent, I really enjoyed dealing with Armajit. Unlike many agents I dealt with, who act like hustlers, Armajit is professional, polite and thorough. He makes you feel its you who has to make a decision, while making you know he is there for advise. I think agents should act like that, not like used-car salesmen.

As a landlord, entering into an arrangement with a new estate agent is stressful. In the past I found that some estate agents cast you out of mind as soon as the tenant moves in and the fees are paid. This was not the case with Toby and all the staff at Outlook in Hartlepool Court, E16. First and foremost, they are honest. They don't mind telling me exactly how it is, even if they know I may not like what they have to say. They are realistic in regards to pricing, whilst working hard to realise the best rental income possible for my your properties.

Please do not use this estate agent, absolutely shocking service - even to prospective tenants. I made an arragement with ***** from the Leytonstone branch to view a property last weekend. My partner and I made a 40 mile round trip to view the property on Saturday, only for no one bother to turning up to show us around. I let my property with this company 3 occasions. As you know what? You never receive a full months rent!
They offer you low commission if you let your property with them, if there are some minor imperfections in your property, then they get their so call maintenance men to do shoddy unfinished botched jobs then on a monthly basis, they will take it from your rent, that how they make up for their low commission.

I think all the other reviews are harsh and unfortunately in life things do not always go as smooth as we would like. All the things people moan about are small matters that can be fixed, thank God you are still living and breathing everyday!
I found Outlook to be professional, informative and most of all friendly. Each member of staff at Leyton made me feel welcome and there was no pressure for me to make a decision, unlike some agents.

This is the worst agent I have ever dealt with. I found the manager of the branch I dealt with rude and useless at returning calls. When I was asked for a character reference (which I confirmed I was able to get quite easily), one member of staff said he'd make it up for me (why he thought dishonesty would score any points with me, I don't know).

All smiles and friendly until paying them and moving in. Promises broken, never return calls - a nightmare. Very rude on phone, start complaining to me about their workload. Wrote long email to director complaining, he promptly wrote back apologising - but another week before anything was done - then done badly and complained about me making complaint to his boss and said 'that property (my home, by the way) has been nothing but trouble since I got back from holiday!' Isn't that what he's been paid for with our money? Now director has lost his charm giving one word sentences as he's now dealing with 'that property.' Be very careful with Outlook.

Outlook have been appalling! They have refused to fix a shower leak for the past 2 years and as a result the wall is falling apart and going green. Getting them to do anything in any capacity has been a nightmare, I loathe having to deal with them. Now, having finally given notice on the property, they have set up a number of viewings which they then failed to carry out and didn't bother doing the courtesy of ringing to notify us that they weren't coming, and they are finally getting things fixed in the flat but failing to let us know when the workmen are coming round. The Outlook branch I used have a new manager who seemed to be quite helpful - that was until they found new tenants and then he seemed to feel that it was no longer necessary to be so nice. I would avoid these cowboys like the plague!

The worst estate agents I ever had! Was renting through them for 2,5 years. Washing machine fixed after 4 wks, drainage blocked for 3 wks, no kitchen floor (due to drainage repairs) for few months, broken shower step and tiles of the wall for half of the year, ...etc. Not returning my calls or e-mails. Everytime I call them and speak to the same person about the same problem as the week before, and the week before,.. the person pretends that never heard of it and I never spoke to him! Ridiculous! very unprofessional! Just before I`ve moved out we had a terrible fire in the garden and all 3 sheds and garage gone. Although it wasn`t our fault, for nearly 6 months Outlook were telling us that the landlord will not give back our deposit of a

I rented a property through Outlook for nearly 2 years and I didn't have many complaints during this time. When I needed repairs doing, they were prompt and I received my deposit back a couple of weeks after I left. I did have problems getting a copy of the inventory and there were a couple of times they said they'd sent me letters which I never received (despite me not having problems receiving other mail). I also know that they didn't check my references (previous landlord and employer) when I applied to rent the property. However, in comparison with other agents they were excellent! I would definitely use them again.

, Tony was still there and didn't hesitate to come to my rescue.
I thought that would be where it ended. But oh no... Whilst organising my move, I mentioned in passing that I had a buyer for a piece of furniture but that due to timing I didn't think that the buyer would make it in time to the flat for me to finalise the deal. Tony said that I could drop the item at the shop so that the buyer could pick it up from there and that they wouldn't mind looking after the money until I could pick it up later that day. No mention of any cut either!
I fedback to Tony how satisfied I'd been with the service Outlook had provided me in the past and present. Tony explained how Outlook are extremely committed to breaking down the stereotypical barriers that Estate Agents are faced with today. All I can say is that if they continue to work with this ethos then they will be successful. And good luck to them, I say! I won't say his name here as rule say I must not - but I don't think the agent was even going to show up at all until I made a big fuss about letting me down. I believe other appointments had been cancelled in the area so he couldn't be bothered to show up to see me and had enough busines back at the shop. He didn't say this but it was the impression I got.
When finally arrived the tenant didn't want us coming into the property. Clearly wasn't happy with the agents Outlook and so wanted to make life difficult for them to get his own back now. This made things difficult and I never got to see the place. The agents should have treated hi with a bit more respect.
I was put off by all this. I told him about this site and I was going to leave a bad review and his response was to act "smirky" and say that they get enough good feedback to COUNTER my bad feedback.
He also hinted that when a bad rating goes up "isn't it funny how about 4 good ones go up shortly afterwards that say lots of good things about the agency". I knew what he was trying to say. I told him I would mention he said that in my report. He shrugged his shoulders
Rude and unfriendly. He thought he was acting the big business man with his comments. He is an estate agent - nothing more!
I would not use Outlook! Treated me like a little woman who can't fight back.
I am even tempted now to pay the cost to make this report be a "feature" on the site so it sticks to the top of the page. No point complaining as I have read other reports before I wrote this and looks like they are useless and just take the side of their staff - little "angels" who can do no wrong! Rubbish!

 in Canary Wharf, where both my Husband and I were beginning to lose the will to live, due to a complete disregard for the client/tenant, plus no sense of ethics, Outlook, on the Excel Marina are a breath of fresh air. I would recommend this agent on balance, but I did not use them myself and had to make a complaint to them. It was dealt with very effectively and I was given AN APOLOGY and also the agent AGREED TO WAIVE THEIR FEE if I moved into an apartmetn with them. I thought that was very nice and dealt with very well.
So I have left a neutral 3 star review so as not to postive or negative the result but I did want to share my experience.
In short - the complaint was that an appointment was arranged - I was told I would be phoned to confirm the time when he had spoken to the tenant - but it never was. My phone is an iphone so the log cannot be erazed in part - it is total or nothing at all - so I was able to show that no call was ever received by my phone. I don't doubt the man made "a call" but I bet he dialed the wrong number as my phone never received a call.
This would not cause me to make a complaint but for the fact that when I approached the store a girl was in there an had "attitude" towards me as she had said that the aganet was "very upset" with me as I hadn't shown up for my appointment. It was like a teacher telling off a pupil. How dare she talk to me like that. Not even investigating like I had what had happned. She said she had saw the guy try to phone me and when I showed her my phone log suddenly she was lost for words. She also had a radio on and was painting her nails. She was sales too - so wasn't interested in what I had to say and I felt was just rushinmg me out the shop. I certainly wouldn't buy a house for £300,000 from her!
But I made an e-mail complaint and the boss said he dealt with her. I will leave that to them.
I would use Outlook in the future - but perhaps just not that actual office. Their fees are pretty high too. I found myself a place with a different local agency this time.
I will let this go now as resolved.

, but to thank them for the pragmatic and sensitive way they handled my unforeseen need to exit the contract early. Without going into too much detail a close member of my family was diagnosed with a terminal illness about 3 months after I moved in. I was spending a large amount of time travelling between my house 60 miles away and the property and it wasn't sustainable. I explained the situation to Outlook and asked if I could be released from the contract early due to the exceptional circumstances. To their absolute credit they were very understanding and worked with the landlord to secure a replacement tenant very quickly so I could leave and focus on supporting my family. I would like to sincerely thank two members of the team in particular, Sukhi Jabbal and Lee Gardner, for their professionalism and consideration during this time. . From explaining exactly what they will do and what to expect (realistically) to helping out when our daughter need a change, they were just great. Over a year later and I have not for one moment regretted having Outlook manage my property.
Simon was my initial contact at Outlook (Branch Manager) and once the paper work was completed my main contact was (and still is) Lee. Again, at the start, judging from the extremely poor experience I got from Churchill's, I was concerned I was going to get passed around and have the same crap happen all over again. Not the case. Over a year later on they I find that they are the best agents I could have for me and my property.
The professionalism and level of service you get from the start is constant. I sincerely cannot stress how much happier I am with these guys. They always get back to you within a couple of days and if they don't have an answer they will still let you know that they are looking into it and give you updates. I've rarely had to chase them up and they are always contactable which is a massive help when you live somewhere with a 6 hour time difference.
If you are a landlord overseas (or even if you are not) I thoroughly recommend the guys at this branch if they cover the area your property is/are in. They are on the total opposite end of the scale when compared to the appalling experience I had with Churchill's.

My partner left Rob a message on the Leystonstone office answerphone asking him to call us on Monday to explain why he never showed up - by Monday lunchtime he had not phoned, so my partner phoned the branch. Luckily Rob answered the phone so he had no escape - he was caught very off-guard and was full of excuses.
So all in all, this was a complete wate of our time and petrol money - we had better things we could have been doing on a Saturday. As you probably can tell we were very angry - now I am just glad we never got involved with such a bad letting agency, and judging by the other comments on this website, we have been saved from a very poor quality service from Outloook Property.

Please do not use this estate agent, absolutely shocking service - even to prospective tenants. I made an arragement with ***** from the Leytonstone branch to view a property last weekend. My partner and I made a 40 mile round trip to view the property on Saturday, only for no one bother to turning up to show us around. We were not even given the courtesy of a telephone call to say that no one would not be coming, and we waited for over half an hour in the freezing car park, attempting to ring the *****'s mobile phone 10+ times (which was mysteriously turned off and diverting to voicemail, but then turned on again a bit later). ***** had given me personal assurance that he would meet us in the car park, and we were angry and disappointed.
