   The guys at outlook were very helpful from start to finish, especially tony platt who made the process of moving as stress free as possible, he was very efficient from start to finish, polite and courteous at all times. I would definately recommend these guys to family and friends ! I wish them the best of luck even though they won't need it if they keep doing business the way they are already doing it.

   James was completely instrumental in helping us find a property and worked tirelessly to ensure that we found our perfect home. He went above and beyond what I expected to make sure that the entire party was happy with the flat, and he could always be counted on to be completely professional and as transparent as possible about what was going on. His manner was friendly and unlike a lot of estate agents, he was never patronising or 'hard-selling' - instead he genuinely worked to make sure that we were happy. I would highly recommend using Outlook if you are looking to rent in the Royal Docks area and suggest you ask for James personally.

   Outlook have always been extremely helpful the whole time I have been with them and Clio in particular has made sure that everytime we have a problem with the flat it is solved quickly. Last time we had a leak from our sink and someone came out to fix it the same day. Would definitely recommend Outook to my friends as they are much better than other agencies I have used in the past.

   James was invaluable in finding our new home. He was always ready to help and went out of his way to make things easy for us. He was very open and honest about prices (unlike some other estate agents we regrettably dealt with) and knew the answer to all our questions. I would definitely recommend Outlook to anyone looking to live in the Royal Victoria area. They made the entire process virtually stress free!

   Outlook have been absolutely brilliant. Though we manage the property ourselves, they are always happy to provide contacts/recommendations (carpet cleaning, decorating etc) which makes things easy. They give a really personalised service. Toby Saunders is great to work with.

    During the course of my tenancy Kieran made sure that everything went to plan and ran smoothly. I have recently moved out due to being relocated and both the organisation in having the check out arrangements made as well as the time taken to refund my deposit were excellent. I have used outlook previously and if i do come back to the area i know what agents i will be using!

    I found this agent to be extremely helpful during the course of my tenancy. Maintenance issues were dealt with propmpty, i was kept up to date at all times. I was also contacted when access was required for safety checks. Overall Outlook have been fantastic and i will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

    Finding the right flat can sometimes be very stressful, James made it very easy and it was a pleasure to have him assist us in this process. He is a trustworthy agent that is open and honest about the transaction that is happening. Professional but friendly was the perfect combo.     Outlook have always offered sound advice, provided a professional service and dealt with all matters with the minimum of fuss. My recent lettings have been handled impecably by Toby Saunders. Toby provides a single point of contact and lets you know who to contact as an alternative if he is away. On one occasion when a tenant was late checking out, Tiffany kept the office open for four hours after the normal closing time to ensure that the handover was carried out correctly. I cannot fault the level of service offered by Outlook or any of their Staff.

    I had a numbI had a few problems when i moved into my property which were dealt with quickly . The cobtractor called me and was happy to go while i was at work which was really helpful. Outlook arranged to give keys to the contractor and they also emailed to say the problems were fixed. I have rented for a while and wanted to let you know im very happy with the sercvice so far.

    Staff members were knowledgeable and very helpful, whilst easy going and prepared to spend time in order to clearly understand my requirements and get to know me. Viewings were arranged for the next day, and to suit my availability. The apartments viewed were exactly as we had discussed. No attempts were made to tempt me with anything else. Negotiations with the Landlord for my choice were aimed at the best deal for both Landlord and Tenant and achieved that. The contract was fully explained before signing and is a simpler form to that I experienced at my previous address. All follow up assistance was given to ensure my move went as smoothly as possible.

    Out look have been managing the property for 9 months and in that 9 months they have never managed to rectifie a problem. Examples a broken shower for three months numerous missed appointments a blind snapped still lying on the floor for over a month, Brocken tiles left on the floor for me to clean up, a blocked toilet I was told to sort out myself in fact there are so many to list I would be writing a book. I have lived in the property previously for 4 years with no trouble or hassle until outlook took over. The final insult is Clio spencer is blantenly avoiding my phone calls and emails about my deposit. You should be aware outlook do not give you a certificate to prove where your deposit is held. This is illegal. Avoid this company at all costs they are a nightmare and the will do anything not to give you your money back. You have been warned go with this disgraceful company at your peril. DO NOT USE OUTLOOK there are much bett company's out there.

    A truely fantastic experience from end to end. Jon was very prompt in responding to emails and answering/calling back. A true master of his work and very transparent, we did not feel there was a hard sell from Jon as you would expect from agents nowadays. The charges were a little on the higher side, but then you get what you pay for, outstanding quality, professional service and expert advice. Thanks Jon, we shall definately recommend :-)

    We have used Outlook twice since our move to Royal Victoria Docks. James particularly went out of his way to help us each time. He is friendly, and dedicated. He made us feel like we had someone to talk to if we needed any assistance. He is honestly the first estate agent I have come across who is approachable and still just as interested in your welfare at the end if your tenancy and the beginning. I have been to many estate agents and Outlook have had a personal touch, they remain professional but really do care about their tenants. You start your moving journey with one representative from outlook and that same individual is the one you contact throughout, it doesn't matter what the query is about. They have excellent advice and good links for professional cleaners, painters and decorators. Overall very impressed with them and will most definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to rent a property within that area.
