    I have used agents to let many times before and none have come even close to the horrific experience we have had. Firstly my husband emailed a branch manager querying tenancy agreement and was mistakenly replied to, and included in the email was derogatory comments aimed at him for the actual attention of a fellow colleague. This was followed by a complaint which was not even resolved in their own complaint handling times. Everything from the tenancy agreement stating the wrong address to the agents falsifying meter readings caused this tenancy to be the most tiresome and frustrating ever. DO NOT use them. They quick to take fees, but shocking at providing the service

    Richard (the branch manager) was excellent, he showed us many properties, always keen and enthusiastic, always communicated, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend O'Riordan Bond's at Stony Stratford, MK.
