   Would you use the agent again? No

   Poor service. We were ready to move in, handed all appropriate notices in and then 2 days before moving date we were told that the flat was unsafe due to carbon monoxide from the gas. Whilst I'm glad this was pointed out to us, I have no idea why they carried out their safety inspection this close to the moving date. We had to live on friends' sofas for a couple weeks until we could arrange a new property (with a different agent)

   Disgraceful service, we were under pressure from agents to move in as soon as possible and were promised that flat would be fully refurbished. As a result on a day of move there were still contractors finishing the work, no water pressure in shower, window doesn't close, whole flat smells paint. Gas certificate was not presented before move in.

   Agency were nable to provide information about which electric meter out of 4 in a hallway belongs to a property, no proper inventory has been done.

   I really regret using this agency, flat would have a lot of potential if refurbished and managed propertly.

   Mr Kam will lie to your face. He will say Yes we will fix every thing and we will clean the place before you move into the property. Then ask you 6 weeks deposit in advance so that they can do the stuff they promise you and then finally on the day you have to move in they will call you to their office give you the keys and say from this point we are not responsible for anything in the property.
   The property was not cleaned with roaches/mice running every where. The closets/cabinets were broken. The fridge has enough space when closed for roaches to get inside. And of course the washing... (read more)

   The agents rent out places with false information.They rented out a place to us and the house is a health and hygiene hazard with roach infestation and bed bugs....roach infestation in fridge...broken closets, broken washing machine. unclean and broken kitchen cabinets...garden is a health hazard...even they did not have the courtesy to have the house cleaned before we moved in.they ask us to contact the landlord for any further issues, which is fine only if at the time of renting the place the basic amenities were working fine and the place is clean and hygienic..They are renting out absolute shitty places by giving false information. The particular agent we dealt with was Mr Kan/Kam..

   This agent are a disgrace! They are nice to you until you move in and then don't give a monkeys as long as they get their rent. They are letting out a properties without carrying out Gas safety checks and basic maintenance is a big no! The whole building shakes everytime someone uses water or the washing machine is on. Mice everywhere and totally unacceptable. Do not use. They also do not return deposits be very aware!!
