Their property management staff are abusive, incompetent and do not know how to look after a property. Further, they let unsafe and illegal properties and we were forced to contact the council.

I lived in a property let by Oliver's for a number of years and never had any problems dealing with them. The agents who "manage" the property I live in now have caused us endless problems and made me appreciate the good service I used to get from Oliver's.
