Agent was the rudest, dishonest person I have met. He had no interest considering we were cash buyers offering nearly the asking price. Most disappointed and would never use or recommend them

Our experience of this letting agent was one of being extremely unprofessional having to conduct our business in the middle of a shopping centre, rude to clients and very expensive, there are other letting agents cheaper in cost. I would not recommend or use this company ever again.

This agent no longer has a branch in Basingstoke. It operates from their private house in the Sherfiled on Loddon area, so not very professional or responsive for people wanting a property viewing in Basingstoke. Viewings and business have to be fitted in between directors' visits to golf course and childminding/school run, so beware!

Dreadful letting agents!!! Did not deal with problems seriously and accused us of criminal damage in the flat, before we moved in, because we raised issues with them.
They argue with you, are rude and evasive
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Only 2 in office and they do not communicate. I was renting a flat and had many problems and after a series of complaints and going to see them to give my notice, they told me they weren't dealing with my complaints and emergencies because they knew this flat was losing them money and they had other priorities!!!!
