They never mentioned anything about are contract running out so the landlord decided to up the rent by £100 a month, and they did nothing! They were unsupported and did not want to communicate with us what so ever. We are now in the middle of a battle of getting our deposit back which they have been holding for a couple of months now, even though the land lord's signed it off straight away. They are incompetent and fraudulent in their practices and while trying to claw back our deposit there have been many other families screaming down their office while we've been there.So under no circumstances go near these people!!!!!!
