I let my house through Octagon agents. However, even after the vacating the flat since the last two months they have not returned my deposit. They also made me pay in full my last months rent when I had vacated the flat mid month. So given that I'm now having to take the legal route to get my money back I am thoroughly disappointed! That's after living in the property for 2 & a half years. The land lord says he does not know what is happening & the guys at Octagon have no answer/ time frame/ information!
Surely be very careful with these guys!
