We viewed a flat in Bristol with this agency and immediately put down a holding deposit. We were later told that 3 other people had also put down holding deposits. In effect, the agency had broken their contract with us, that stated that a holding deposit would enable us to secure the property while the landlord was contacted. In the end, the property went to someone else and the agency banked our holding deposit. We have since complained and they have told us they will send a cheque. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
