    Would you use the agent again? No

    Very poor service. Contacted them on numerous occations regarding repairs required to doors and windows that were there from day one and turns out 1 year later (still nothing done about the situation) that they didn't even contact the landlord to let them know of any problems. Many more problems with them and most of the staff seem to forget that Tenants and Owners are their customers and talk to them like rubbish. Don't bother with them if you want some service to the money you pay on rent each month, or like to be treated like a human being. (didn't even want to give them 1 star but unable to give them zero)

    Really really poor service, nothing but problems keep away if you want to rent your place correctly..
