I was disappointed I had to award them a single star as it's far more than they deserve. I've been nothing but a model tenant with them for almost a year now and am appalled by the level of service they offer when there is a problem. The staff are extremely unhelpful and even when dealing with Robert Dziura, the owner it is frankly hard work. They constantly fob you off, blame you for issues they have created and are extremely slow to react when resolving issues. I would not recommend using this lettings company but instead would suggest you look at Murray's or Reid Associates if you would like to deal with a competent lettings agency

OPS have always been very fair and helpful whenever I have had a problem they get some one out and have never had reason to grumble and this is my 2nd house throught them!

Not customer friendly at all. If you rent with Oakham P.S. you better not get a problem with the property as it will never get fixed and they will be very unhelpful and dam right rude.
