   From the first contact with Northfields we felt that the agency were both professional and organised, the fact that they set up a profile of your requirements and email you daily with an updated property list is brilliant.

   The website is updated daily, which really helps as its incredibly time consuming when you call agencies to find out their website is weeks out of date.

   Harriet showed us a number of properties during our search and always showed a great deal of professionalism, and really listened to our requirements and recommended suitable properties based on this, at no point did we feel under any pressure or that a property was being up-sold.

   Once we had decided on a property both Kevin and Harriet kept in communication and organised the relevant paper work and communication with great efficiency.

   I would not hesitate to recommend Northfields in the future, and would certainly trust Harriet to help us move in the future.

   We rented a flat in Bayswater through Northfields. Our experience was only positive - not only we were safely guided throughout the process with care, all our questions were fully answered on time and without delay, they also provided us with information which were not directly in their fiels, but helped us to settle down in a new area.

   We were explained all the necessities and whatever they promised, they delivered which is something we were not expecting after our previous experience. I would like to point out their pro-activity when informing us about status of our procedures - we didn't have to inquire anything, they kept us updated with everything that happened.

   We don't plan to move soon obviously, but if we did, I would definitely ask them to help us out again.

    I initially started using Northfields and dealt with Sylivia who was efficient and pro-active. Since her departure the "service" or lack of I should say, is the worst experience I have had. They are totally unprofessional, incompetent, and utterly useless. The staff lack the simplest bit of common sense. Continous mistakes and lack of any consistency. I have stayed loyal to Northfilelds for many years and rented my property through them, to which they have earned good commission from. However, as the last few years have been what I can only politely call as a disaster, I will not be letting my property through them again. There are many good, and efficient agents out in Ealing, and I would steer clear of Northfields.

    I have been very impressed with the service I received. Not only were the rates competitive and they found a tenant. But what I have truly appreciated was the willingness to help in finding solutions to all kinds of issues; whether it is strictly their responsibility or not, Silvia was glad to help out and provide recommendations.     I am very please with the service of Northfields estate agency in Ealing Brodaway and particularly with Rebecca. She is a very helpful and knowledgeable woman . She is very well informed about the area and her recommendations meet the expectations of the customers. I was looking for a while to find a studio flat and she immediately found a beautiful studio at the heart of Ealing for me.

    I have used Northfields to rent out my property for a number of years....I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. The only thing they have been constant in the past few years is to be utterly useless. No communication within branch or across divisions, permanently getting payment wrong. Not acting as agents, and seem to recruiter a load of people that the only thing they have in common is "being useless"

    Having had a truly terrible experience with our previous letting agency, it was an absolute delight to be dealing with such professionals at Northfields.
    I cannot praise the team at Northfields enough as they have made the transition very smooth and ensured that we have been well protected as the property owner.
    Northfields have ensured prompt refurbishment and repairs are reasonable costs and sourced new tenants at a swift rate.
    In conclusion, I cam highly impressed with the service we have received to date and can highly recommend this company and its current team at Shepherd's Bush.

    I have found all the staff most helpful, from the start with Rachael and Danielle who are very good at their jobs finding new tenants, through to Sophie who has been great at keeping in touch with tenant/ landlord sorting out the finer details. We have used Northfields three times this year and will continue in the future.

    Sophie has been fantastic. We are not the easiest company to deal with when it comes to making up our minds and she has been patient throughout in fact she has the patience of a saint. Sophie has gone that extra mile for us and cannot thank her enough for everything she has done to get this property for our secondee from Japan.     Northfields were very good about keeping to appointments and chasing things up with the tenants and referencing agency. They were proactive and flexible and responded promptly to calls and emails. They have been easy to reach and gone the extra mile to ensure we got the quality of tenant we were seeking. This is the first tie. We have used the, but if this level.of service keeps up, it won't be the last.

    I've been very impresse by Northfields. not only do they work very quickly, finding me tenant witthin a week of receiving
    their instrucctions but they were extremely transparent in their dealings wich is important to me as English is not my first language. i also live abroad so is important that I have confidence in my Uk representative and I can honestlty say that I believe Northfields will act upon my instruccions diligenty and responsably. I'm also amazed that I'm still working with the same person after several weeks , a pleasant surpriise after being moved from person to person with my previous agents.

    Very efficient and friendly. Did an excellent job of marketing my apartment, showing it to a large number of people in a short time to such the extent that we had a new tentant arranged within only a few days. They are prompt to provide all relevent information and quick to answer any queries. Can't find an faults at all. Would definitely recommend.
