Nicholas Prestige Homes look after two properties for me and have given accurate advice and kept them tenanted and managed for three years so far, good business.

This company is taking me to court and demanding tens of thousands of pounds after stitching me up in a sole selling rights agreement without my knowledge. It is terrifying. Has anyone else had a similar experience please?

Following signing of a tennacy agreement entery of property was refused on date of agreement rendering us homeless. Personal effects were allowed to be stored in property then removed and destroyed under instruction of Nicholas Walley.
