Where do i start? complete cowboys. No respect for tenants or landlords.
Would never ever go near them again. as per the person who said about email before. do not do anything over the phone as they lie about everything.Was this review helpful? Yes

I have brought and sold before in different areas across London, but selling through next move in Islington was such a relaxed and stress-free experience. They kept me up to date the whole way through the process and were surprisingly honest for estate agents!
The sales staff are very friendly and were very motivated to get my property sold for me.

I am not sure where to start with reviewing this agency. The only advice I have is, NEVER speak on the phone. Get everything in writing. That way, you can go straight to the ombudsman and put in a claim for compensation when they do something illegal.
The lack of respect for privacy for their tenants is out of this world. Female tenants, be warned. Agents will turn up unannounced, without warning or permission, and leave you with no choice but to let them in.
Be warned.
