allAgents.co.uk launches Individual Staff Member Awards
To promote good practice and to further the recognition of individuals working for its directory listed Estate and Lettings agents, allAgents.co.uk, the UK’s No.1 property industry review site, is announcing the introduction of its Individual Staff Member Awards which will launch on May 1st.
The annual awards will pinpoint the public’s choice of individuals who have best served them based on ratings and reviews over a twelve month period. They will also highlight fact that it is companies who generally take the credit for achieving and maintaining excellence, when it is really people who can establish and uphold a reputation of high standard.
Amongst the prizes will be cash sums of £1000 each for the top UK female and male staff member.
Any member of staff within a listed company is eligible for recognition as long as he or she has been mentioned in a review between the beginning of May this year and the 30th of April 2013. So administrative, operational, sales and management all have the chance to be declared the Best of the Best in the UK according to their customers.
To assure that all reviews are allocated to correct named individuals, allAgents is encouraging agent staff members to visit their company and branch profiles on the directory and make sure they are individually listed and have claimed their staff profile. Once they have done this they will find a number of useful tools to manage their reviews and encourage clients to comment on their performance in the future.
