We have been very pleased with the service provided by Newmans. Clare has been particularly helpful in keeping us up to date, not only with the progress of our sale but liasing with the estate agent and solicitor acting for the couple whose house we were buying. She could not have done more to keep the process moving along - many thanks!

We always dealt with Clare from Newmans when we were looking for properties, She was really nice always kind, helpful, very supportive and she was always there when we needed her, she also took us to view properties as we was from Blackpool and didn't really know the rugby & surrounding areas and didn't have transport. We would use Newmans again if we need to and we would like to thank everyone we have dealt with through Newmans for there hardwork in trying to find us a property. Newmans are extremely responsive and professional. Armed with a clear brief, Carly was soon calling with viewing dates and I found myself moving home quicker than I thought possible.

Newmans are certainly hot to trot and Deborah was just brilliant. She pulled all the parties and their solicitors together to make things easier for all. She is the exception rather than the rule. Go Girl

After having my property on the market for several months with another agent and only one viewing I decided to change to Fine & Country. After only a few days and lots of viewings my property was sold. I also used their Conveyancing service. I found all the staff at the Rugby office extremely professional and very helpful. Their communication and feedback was great. They made the whole process as easy as possible for me. Thank you EVERYONE.

We dealt with Julie at Fine and Country and recieved excellent service from her throughout the whole process. Wish we had used them to sell our own house as our own agents nearly lost us the sale-but thanks to Julie she got the whole chain back on track!

As soon as I changed estate agents and put my property on the market with Newmans' I had so many viewings I couldn't keep up with them all, compared to one viewing in 3 months with the previous agent. I always had immediate feedback and anyone who viewed was contacted for their oppinion as soon as possible. I had two offers on my house in one evening through Newmans and Deborah has been extremely helpful and supportive througout.

I sold my property through Newman Estate Agents. My agent was Jonathan Handford but all the Agents were very helpful. I also used their Conveyancing services and they helped me with the form filling. Newman Estate Agents also negotiated the price on my new home. They went out of their way to help me sell and move. They were extremely professional and I highly recommend their services

Like most landlords I've had a variety of experiences of managing agents, ranging from the good, to the bad - to the truly ugly! I must say, however, that the service and focus that I received recently from the team at Newmans at Rugby has been exceptional; proactive marketing and good liaison enabled us to achieve a seamless refurb and new tenant in record time. Definitely worth a recommendation.

I sold my property at the beginning of this year using Newmans Property Services and I also used their Solicitor services. I found Newmans the most professional, motivated and informed Agents by a long shot. They really are ahead of their game. They also offered their services when negotiating on the property I was purchasing, this was so helpful and I hadn't come across this before with other agents. From putting my property on the market to moving into our new home it took 2 1/2 months which I think was nothing short of a miracle considering what the market was like at the beginning of the year. Using their solicitor service meant our sale and purchase went very smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Newmans again and have recommended them to several friends.

I sold my property through the Leamington office and arranged my mortgage there. They were incredible throughout. I was kept up to date at all times and regardless of who I spoke to everyone was able to inform me as to what was happening. Even my purchaser left his agent so that he could sell through Newmans to kick start the chain.

I have used Newmans to buy, sell and they also arranged my mortgage. I have used them now on 2 occasions and on both they were excellent. Jon and his team do a great job.
