We would like to thank spencer for all his hard work speed and efficiency in helping us through the process of buying our new home. we would also like to say that the newmans conveyancy team were first class in every way. we would reccomend the rugby office to anyone buying a house in the area.    My wife and I have recently gone through the unpleasant experience of buying a property in Leamington Spa.

   With both of us working full time, and also on a Saturday morning, we were dismayed to find that nearly all of the estate agents in Leamington (and Warwick) closed at the very time that we were available to talk to them, particularly as we have a 120 mile round trip to get to Leamington.

    Awful service kept telling me things had been fixed by there contractors then the next thing asking me have them repaired following more complaints. Worse agent i've ever used. Do not touch.

   I just wanted to give you some positive feedback regarding 2 members of your staff from your Solihull office.
   Having had a relatives property on the market with another agent for over a year, I recently instructed Jay from your Solihull office to market our property. After only 2 weeks on the market we have just secured a sale and I have been really impressed with the service I have received. Jay and Richard have given me constant feedback and I have been delighted with the service I have received. Being an ex estate agent I know how service should look like and these guys certainly have delivered it.

   I sold a property through Newmans Leamington Spa, Paul dealt with the sale.he was very proactive,Viewings were set up and done very quickly. Paul handled all of the viewings and feed back was prompt and detailed. The house sold very quickly.I would certainly use them again.

   I am very happy about all aspects of the sale of my property.

   The impression I got from the beginning was that the sale would be handled well and effectively and I was totally relaxed and confident, even though I was living a great distance from the property and for over a month staying abroad. During this time I was kept informed at just the right level.

   Debbie was professional, efficient and very easy to deal with, which gave me confidence but more important, she is exactly the sort of person I wanted potential buyers to deal with.

   Nathaniel was always available and extremely helpful and worked tirelessly to move the sale along.

   I have used Newman for letting my six properties for the last six years and have had excellent service throughout, Annelli in particular has been reliable, always available and when necessary has re-let my properties quickly and without a lot of fuss. The transition from one tenant to another has been done in a competant and professional manner, I would recommend Annelli and her team to anyone wanting to rent their property.

   I used newmans when purchasing my first flat. I found them to be very informative, friendly and honest. Nathaniel was great, very accesible and willing to help in any way possible.     I recently bought a large property that needed tenants asap. The day i got the keys for the house is the day it was snapped up!!! Cant ask for anything more! My contact, Leanne Friel, introduced and presented herself very well, very helpful, felt very easy dealing with her. Excutes very professionally. I have used her since and would continue to do so. She is a assett to Newmans, for this there is no doubt. I would recommend her anyday !

   I have been assisting students to find suitable properties in Rugby. Carlie came to the college one Saturday afternoon to give a presentation on the renting process, providing supporting information and answering questions. Carlie came across as efficient, well informed and very willing to help.
   Later when we needed to find property Carlie smoothed the way for a quick tenancy, handling a number of issues along the way. I am pleased to commend and to recommend Carlie Scott to anyone looking for advice and assistance on residential lettings in Rugby.

   We recently spent a day being shown round properties in the Rugby area by estate agents from four different companies.
   Andy Gibbs of Newmans Estate Agents showed us several properties, we found him to be both attentive and creative in trying to address our questions.
   He really listened to what we had to say, what type of properties we were looking for, and always found a way of pointing out the benefits of every property that we viewed.
   We would highly recommend Andy and Newman Estate Agents, Andy is definitely one of the best agents out there.

   Newmans Coventry have provided THE most excellent service in selling my property. From the offset Matt(B) has been helpful, patient and hilarious!! Matt(C), friendly and enthusiastic, and Mark just a total star, answering my ridiculous questions with patience and easy to understand explanations through the maze of impossible jargon! Above all, anyone in the team I have dealt with has really known their stuff and treated me like a friend, I never hesitated to ask anything as I knew the response would be swift and painless! Sad, but I will miss talking to you guys!! Thank you so much!

   I cannot reccommend Newman's highly enough. The whole team really know the local market and Clare has been really supportive. We are trying (desperately!) to buy a home and are sold and in rented waiting to go.

   Newman's are the only local agent on the phone to us every week telling us about what's coming on and booking viewings. We must be the fussiest buyers in the town but they have been so good and patient.

   I cannot recommend them highly enough. They also sold my late grandad's house a few years back and were super. Thanks and keep up the excellent work.

   We always dealt with Clare from Newmans when we were looking for properties, She was really nice always kind, helpful, very supportive and she was always there when we needed her, she also took us to view properties as we was from Blackpool and didn't really know the rugby & surrounding areas and didn't have transport.
