Carly Scott was very friendly when we first came to view the property, she was enthusiastic and really personable and made the viewing enjoyable.
When securing the property she kept us up to date with phone calls and we know she probably stayed to send us some details when she was meant to be leaving for the day (Sunday).

Throughout a long & drawn out process, Newmans in Rugby (Spencer, Michael & Yusuf) were and acted in a most professional and helpful manner. We experienced alot of problems with our own estate agents but were extreamley grateful for the efforts and support that was given to us by the Newmans branch in Rugby. Our previous estate agents had left us in a place were we felt it would be impossible to move. Spencer Blake from Newman's however guaranteed he would get a sale on our property and he did exactly what he said he would. Viewings on our property more than tripled on a weekly basis in comparison with this other agent.
We found Newman's to be very professional and friendly in their dealings with us and would recommend them and in particular Spencer to others who are thinking of moving. If in future we were ever to think of selling again we would definitely give him a call.

Spencer made some pretty bold promises when I first met him, promises that he delivered and more. Not only did he get £6,000 more for my house than I thought I would be able to, this also enabled me to buy a house that when I started the process thought would be well out of my league. Had I not walked into Newman's and spoken to Spencer I doubt that my family would be in the position we are today. Would recommend to anybody (note: I recommended to my friend and he has had the same experience).

I initially contact Newmans to discuss letting a property within the Rugby area. I was then contacted by Sam Ridler who presented himself both professionally and confidently giving me assurance that I was in good hands choosing Newmans to let a property. I arranged multiple viewings with Sam who answered all of my questions regarding my new letting tenancy.
Sam also used his initiative in calling me to sugest properties he felt I may wish to view, promptly arranged viewings and then e-mailed me viewing schedules as they were updated.

   I can't believe they sold it in a week! And with a cash buyer, from the day of accepting the offer to completion took 16 days! Amazing! Jo & Paul matched the right buyer with the right property first time. These are people who know what they're doing. The house had been on the market for 3 months with another agency, and I started to lose hope. They were both very proactive, and really cared about all the details. I honestly can't thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone in Kenilworth looking to sell! Thank you both more than I can say.

   My current situation has made house hunting difficult. I am a professional and a graduate but I've been out of work due to long term illness and forced to claim housing benefit, whilst I get back on my feet. I have an excellent reference from my previous landlord of "ideal tenant", having never missed a rental payment despite claiming benefits, and having kept the property immaculate for the six years I was living there. I also have a Professional Guarantor. However, due to my circumstances I have been treated in a snobbish and unwelcoming manner by most other lettings agents. NOT SO WITH NEWMAN'S! Richard Sidaway has been warm, friendly and respectful throughout my experience and has never discriminated against me because of my situation. He has been professional, courteous and extremely helpful and a credit to his team. I would thoroughly recommend Newman's based on his conduct alone. (My previous property was also rented through Newman's in Rugby with whom I had a similarly good experience.)

   One of the reasons we decided to sell with Newmans specifically was because of Paul Petticrew. We had several dealings with Paul when previously looking for houses and found he was extremely personable and professional. Selling with the help of Paul was a relatively stress free affair, Paul listened to our thoughts and offered some very good advice and guided us successfully through the process. We achieved a price that we were happy with and any questions or queries were dealt with promptly by a member of the team. All of the team at Newmans whom we had dealings with acted in a very professional, enthusiastic and dynamic manner, however the service we received from Paul was outstanding.

   Debbie was an absolute star through the sales process of my house and managed to get prospective buyers within the first day. The house was sold immediately, however circumstances meant I had to withdraw the property from sale. Despite this Debbie has continued to offer help and support and looking for other prospective properties. I found Debbie to be professional, courteous and more importantly understanding at all times during the sale and I hope to continue to work with her in the future.

    We needed to sell our property quickly due to relocation for work. We instructed James at Newman Estate Agents because we felt he gave us the correct advice and most positive marketing approach. We agreed to an open house on our property as we only had to prepare it once for viewings and we were able to go into town while the hoards of people were shown around. We agreed a sale three days later after receiving all of the feedback from the viewers that had attended. James kept us informed throughout the entire process and offered sound advice at every key stage of the conveyancing. I would recommend Newmans to anyone! it was the easiest most straight forward sale of my life.

    I have dealt with Newmans for a few years now and always find the Staff extreemly confident and friendly, I always get a call/email back from whoever I am dealing with and sometimes on their day off ! it is so convenient to have mobile numbers too. I know they work long hours compared with other estate agents, but it works (I know they probably wont like me saying that) and as far as I am concerned they never complain. Ihave no problem with recommending Newmans to anybody.
    Just remember when I am in the market for selling my other house in Leamington I will be calling them.

    I initially had used another agent in leamington and had had terrible service, so called Newmans. The service was excellent along with the advice, they had viewings within 48hrs, and rented the property within a week. Unfortunately the first tenant pulled out and Newmans were straight on the case, the property was re-rented within ten days. Due to moving away I used their management service which again has been excellent, if the tenants have had any issues Newmans have got it sorted and always got my permission before doing anything. Having used agencies as a tenant and a landlord across the UK, I can genuinely say that Newmans are one of the few that do what they say. I have no hesitation in recommending Annelli and Clare at the Leamington branch.

    From day 1 dealing with Meghan from Newmans was an easy, pleasurable experience. Meghan was always efficient and prompt - from arranging viewings, returning phone calls/emails and chasing paperwork! Nothing seemed too much trouble. Meghan has a pleasant, happy manner and not only dealt with us on a professional level but also connected with us on a personal level. As first time buyers, we felt at ease dealing with her.     I invited four agencies to make a presentation. I was lucky enough to meet the manager from the Leamington branch of Newmans, Mr James Morton. His presentation was precise and professional; I also considered it to be the most realistic of all. I found the subsequent service to be superb. The follow up to the initial contact was prompt. The 'Open Viewing Day' was organised professionally. All queries to Mr. Morton were dealt with promptly. The package of adverts and web display was delivered as promised. The service was superb from start to finish right up to day before closure/transfer Mr Morton wrote to me offering to arrange final utilitiy readings. All in all a superb service

    After speaking with a lot of estate agent in regards to selling my property I chose Newmans because their approach and information they gave me was far more useful than any other by comparison.

    Paul was excellent throughout, always giving me genuine advice and helping in any way possible. Once instructed, my property was sold stc within 2 weeks. Paul kept in touch with me throughout the process, and responded to any enquiry I made almost instantly. I have never been so impressed by a companies response time and would thoroughly recommend using Newmans for a service that you can trust and really rely on.
