This estate agent is really bad!! i took out a 6 month lease at first stating i wish to live at the property for many years. After the 6 months past they put the house on the market again. I had to pay another £200 fees just to stay in my own home!

The roof leaked nothing was done, the heating system leaked nothing was done. Be careful with your bond as its their job to make sure they keep it, in some cases charging you £15.00 to replace a missing screw that was once on the invertory.

I wanted to rent stables of them but was told I wasn't allowed a horse.

House inspections all the time. They complained about the water marks on the carpet. I said fix the leaky roof and I'm sure the stains will go away but nothing was done.

I have been with Rennie for over 1 year now and am most pleased to be leaving them behind all they did was cause problems!
