Myspace opened its doors in 2001, and since then has become an established agency in the Islington area, offering both sales and lettings and a dedicated property management department. Our experienced team will guide you through the process of buying or selling, renting or letting in the area.

We found our perfect starter flat in Kings Cross through MySpace back in 2007. They were really helpful by only showing us places that fitted our criteria. They are honest, down to earth, and local. This enables a much better relationship than some of the other big-chain agents that are almost the exact opposite.
We looked at different agents when we decided to rent out our flat last year (2011) but decided to go with MySpace again as they genuinely wanted to help us and not charge a huge percentage. We have great tenants and the management has been top rate.

I have let my property through other agents before, but since myspace took over the management, I have had very few problems. I can't recommend Karen highly enough.

I have a few properties that I rent out and Karen at myspace looks after them for me. I would recommend them if you are looking for a good property management company.

I recently rented a one bedroom flat through myspace. I had no problems whatsoever and found their service excellent. I was a little confused by certain things but they took the time to explain everything and compared to some other agents I spoke with their costs were quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for somewhere to live.

They undervaluated my property just to make a sale.

 but decided to go with MySpace again as they genuinely wanted to help us and not charge a huge percentage.
