    From day one it has been a pleasure to work with My London Home. They let the apartment and moved the tenants in incredibly quickly, despite some setbacks along the way, and have been most efficient and pro-active in dealing with the tenancy at all stages.

    In particular, Hannah Taylor has been very helpful in organising various repairs and sorting out maintenance issues. The workmen dealing directly with the repairs have also been very friendly and helpful, and completed all that needed doing very quickly - even when other companies claimed the work was too difficult or complicated. Hannah continues to do an excellent job in managing this side of things for me.

    I would thoroughly recommend the My London Home team to any prospective tenants or landlords. Their professionalism and efficiency is far above that of any other agent I have had dealings with in London.

    I have used MyLondonHome since 2003 to buy a flat, and since 2009 to let. They originally found great tenants who gave plenty of notice when they decided to leave (after 2 years) and left the place spotless. Ian achieved a remarkable result of finding a replacement tenant within the first two days of viewings and between him and Katie, with the support of the rest of the service team at MyLondonHome facilitated a smooth and efficient transfer between tenants with the flat being empty for only 4 days!

    I chose MyLondonHome after having met a couple of other agents, on the basis that not only their fees were actually the lowest but also the feeling they they really look after their customers, and manage to get the best rent that they possibly can get for each apartment. They are honest in giving advice on the feasibility of the rental income and the probability of finding a tenant. They don't rip you off with extortionate charges for tenancy agreements etc like Foxtons.

    MyLondonHome have been helpful and honest and I have let my flat through them for over a year and they have managed all aspects of it. Any maintenance issues have been resolved by them quickly and efficiently and without the feeling that I am being ripped off.

    They found me a tenant in less than a week and this tenant has been in the property since then. Lisa, Helen, James and the rest of the team have been really helpful.

    I would be happy to use them again and would unhesitatingly recommend them.

    Having had our extremely marketable property on the market for some time with two different agents, we were completely disillusioned with the service we received.     Having invited 4 letting agents to come and see my flat, I chose MyLondonHome on the basis of their fees being actually lowest but also the feeling they they really look after their customers, they concentrate on doing what they do, really well. Ian James came to see it and is an excellent assessor of what and whether and so on.

    I looked up all the agents on here and other sites and Foxtons had awful reviews everywhere, and when asked about this they dismissed it....... with 'some people have nothing better to do' - well this is the digital age and customer service and reviews... (read more)

    Responded on time. Very helpful, basically took all my worries away with the painful removal of a tenant not paying the bill. Also assisted with the scheduling of the repair work. Kelly also understood it is best to reach me via email and we had a seamless communication. Great experience all in all.

    MyLondonHome helped us to process our tenancy application quickly and at times suitable for our working hours. We were able to get Saturday contract signing/key exchange at relatively short notice. They are helpful even with very minor queries and they have been very patient.

    Basic failings in the service provided. Never noticed that rent had not been paid in some months. Rarely returned calls to me (the Landlord) or the tenant. Tenant complained at the lack of service and I can only concur. Be prepared to manage the managing agent. Also be prepared to wait a long time for the security deposit to be refunded. Agents claims there is no statutory limit for this "as long as the landlord/tenant are kept informed". Hmmmm.

    We have been looking for a particular property for more than two years and Daniel has consistently been in touch to try and help us with this. Others go off the boil when the brief is too specific but Daniel was persistent and made sure he kept in touch on a regular basis even though there were times we we went off the boil! I couldn't rate him highly enough as he never wasted our time with proporties outside the brief. We have now offered and hopefully this will now go through

    I registered a fault with the hot water cylinder and a fault with the fan. I also reminded My London Home I have been waiting for a replacement dining room table for 6 months since I moved in (the table has been in pieces on the floor). The two faults I reported were rectified very quickly and I was very pleased with that response. However I have not heard anything back about the table.

    Natalie was very helpful to provide information about the flat and the renting process. And Peter explained everything step by step while we were doing the inventory. However we had some problems with the referencing company and strongly recommend you to work with another company. They do not work efficiently, the online reference tool is not user-friendly and it was not easy to get information from them. There is apparently a lack of communication between parties in that process which caused some difficulties for us.
    I also want to give you some feedback about the cleaning of the flat. As you informed us before, the property should have been cleaned and prepared by a professional cleaning company. I must say that the cleaning standard was very poor at the flat. The kitchen and the bathroom cleaned very well however I believe they didn't spend much time on other parts of the property. There were cobwebs in visible parts of the rooms and we did our own cleaning for the most of the flat again.

    The inventory carried out by the agent was very thorough and fair and he made enquiries about removing 2 vacuum cleaners. They were clear about what hapoened from thereon in, however, a code for the alarm has yet to be given to us after being told this would be follwed up.

    Moving is stressful enough and when you have to chase solicitors etc this all adds to the stress

    MyLondonHome have let and managed our apartment for the last 18 months, and were able to deal with issues as they arose swiftly and efficiently. We had one challenge with a tenant late rent payment that we had to chase but apart from that everything was great. The Lettings team have persisted to find us a replacement tenant and showed a flexible approach to doing that for us. The property management team recently processed the contract etc from viewing to new tenant occupancy in less than one week which helped minimise our void period.

    I am very happy about how MyLondonHome dealt with my situation. I wanted to move to a new place within a month and called Amy Carpenter who was very understanding, reassuring and very helpful. She patiently explained to me the steps I needed to go through to end my current tenancy and she put up with my endless questions about everything and then Daniel Quicke helped me find another place within few days only! I was a bit fussy about small details and Daniel, like Amy, answered all my questions until I was sure I wanted to rent that place. The whole process was much simpler than I had hoped or imagined and I am extremely impressed by Daniel Quicke's and Amy Carpetner's speed and professionalism in dealing with my short notice and the whole transition.. It is a pleasure and also a relief working with them, knowing that I am in good hands during the long term tenancy. Thank you Amy and Daniel!

    It was a pleasure dealing with MyLondonHome and Oliver and Lisa managed the process in a very professional and personally involved manner. As one does, we were dealing with a number of agents across London and Oliver stood out in the way in which he invested time and effort to get to know us and go beyond understanding our requirements to recognising and accommodating the finer nuances our personal preferences. Our final decision was in no small measure due to the confidence and trust he inspired.     My experience with Mylondonhome and the agent Daniel Quirke has been nothing but professional at all times. Daniel showed me around 5 flats whilst I was looking for a new property to rent. He was very professional, he allowed me time to look around properly, he did not try to force me to like a place, he listened to what I wanted from a home and then knew what to show me in the future. When I found the right property he had everything sorted with the landlord within 10 minutes. I cannot recommend mylondonhome enough.

    Daniel Quicke and MyLondonHome did an outstanding job of marketing, presenting and selling our property. At every stage of the process Daniel was thorough, professional and objective in everything he did. We were first attracted to MyLondonHome because of their strong focus on, and knowledge of, digital marketing. Having talked to more than 10 agents in the selection process, MyLondonHome were the most proactive, and at no point did we regret their selection. As just one example of their attention to detail, they redid the photography (at their cost) because they decided they were not happy with the first set of photography. However, perhaps the most telling compliment is that both we and the buyers rate Daniel and MyLondonHome extremely highly. A job well done. Thanks.

    My London agent provided a spec of buy to let property on th eThames with the marker being a n apartment owned in Parliament View.
    Daniel lined up appropriate apartments on the market in Parliament View & St George Wharf. From this a short list of 5 apartments were visited by us & an apartment in St George Wharf purchased at circa £1.7million.
    Daniels arrangements to view were excellent as was his knowledge of the apartments. Viewing was a pleasure and his knowledge in answering detailed questions first class.
    His follow up has also been 1st class

    My London Home is an excellent agency, providing all services you need for a pleasant property search. Oliver Fairhurst was really keen and helpful and I can recommend him all the way. He always kept in communication and provided regular updates on new properties. I was very pleased with his service.

    After contacting my london home they couldnt have been more helpful. Viewings were arranged at times convenient to us. Oliver was very Knowledgeable about the property and went out of his way to find a rental agreemant suitable for our needs. He agreed the let very quickly and we moved in with 2 weeks of our viewing.
