Very poor customer service, rude and abrupt. We still await our full deposit being returned and feel let down as we were good tenants who always paid and looked after the property. Please look somewhere else if considering renting.

Rude and arrogant are just two words that come to mind. i would really advise people not to use this company. the property we lived in was ill maintained with dry rot, damp and mould. tenants and landlords beware!!!
