   Terrible - I would advise any student at Royal Holloway to look elsewhere. Mulberrys took 3 months to return my deposit, dispite all parties being in agreement, they would not fix an ant infestation in my room, they refused to sort out an ant infestation and we were mislead into what contract clauses meant. The manager was rude more than one occasion, she shouted at me on more than one occasion. Just to top it all off the boiler broke, and it took them a total of 12 days to get an engineer to look at it. It broke at a weekend, I called the emergency number and the lady on the other end of the phone told me that a broken boiler, no heating or hot water in the middle of winter wasnt an emergency, they even went to the ordasity of suggesting that i went home till it was fixed. Overall these people are the cowboys of letting agents. Id suggest people go to another agent.

   Unprofessional cowboys. Will try to get every last pence out of my deposit for unnecessary costs. I actually have a strong background in property law and know exactly what rights we have as students, and was able to send Mulberrys away with tails between their legs. However for those who don't, stay away! They have an awful reputation on campus. 90% of the student letting horror stories are about Mulberrys. One of the tenants living in our house has in fact still not signed the contract. They are willing to leave students living in dangerous conditions, with unchecked gas meters etc.

   Good guys. These guys were not actually reccomended to me but I was pleasantly suprised when dealing with them. They are family run and seem to know everything about property for let or sale in Egham. Thanks Mulberrys Egham office.

   I write on behalf of my house mates and myself. Having rented through other Agents in my first year we can recommend Mulberrys. A bad experience before with another Agent but now all ok. Feel sure that everyone will have some story or another about every Agent. There were a few teething problems to start with which were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We intend to stay in our house for our final year too and this is down to the service we receive.

   I would advise people to never use these people I agree entirely with the other reviews.

   I think even giving them one star is misleading for the people who don't see that one star means terrible they should have a minus rating of some kind like a black skull and bones.

   They are extremely rude any queries about their extremely unfair contract terms are dismissed as being trivial as if we are being pedants for asking about them.

   One of the ladies - Sue was quite polite and apologetic on the phone so I complimented her on her attitude to the other lady (I use the term '

   Those guys are ******. The lady called Mary is always quick to hang up the phone. She yells at people, threatens them and thinks her **** don't stink. They have already been blacklisted by Royal Holloway and they even know how dodgy they are because you feel it when you call. Once again, ****** disguised in suits.

   Mulberry's are possibly the biggest band of cowboys operating in England at the moment.

   Headed by the lovely Mary they successfully negate, neglect and nonsense any query, tenant or existing legal agreement with anyone they have ever dealt with.

   I strongly suggest against having anything to do with them, try ringing with a query and see how fast it takes Mary to hang up the phone. A fun game.

   We have had more progress made with our landlord, whom Mulberrys have openly admitted a mistake on their behalf was to ever facilitate a relationship between us. Since then their backhanded tactics and mistrustful allegations have surfaced and subsequently our landlord is reneging his contract at the end of our tenancy and going independent. It's one thing to push away paying tenants but to appall a customer so much as to have them break a contract is another thing!
