Definitely one of the better agents. I think probably they're a good choice to sell through - I've been trying to buy through them and other agents and they drive a hard bargain. Reasonably fair though in comparison to other agents I came across, and fairly trustworthy for business people. When I come to sell I'll choose them

I just want to make one comment regarding their brochures, As a buyer, I really would have liked to see a floor plan. When you're viewing several properties, it's hard to keep track and floor plans are very helpful. Other agents include them and there seems no good reason why MD cannot do likewise.

It was the first time I have sold a proprty and found all the staff very helpfull and couteous. The man that valued my proprty had good knowledge and was very informative. I got the price I was advised that I would get and I would definately recomend other people to use them.

I bought a property using Morris Dibben - or at least I thought I did - but they arranged for me to be gazumped. Very underhand and money oriented, greedy and dishonest.
