    Ronnie was fab. She's exactly what every agent should be like. Ronnie listens to what her clients want and makes sure that she gets it for them. She showed us three properties - all of which had everything we asked for. We haven't decided on what to get yet but that's no fault of Ronnie's as she's done everything we asked of her. Morgan Randall needs to hang on to her - she's a valuable asset to any estate agent.

I have now got great tenants which are secured for two years - Everything went seamlessly well, I was informed on every development through out the process of letting my apartment out.     Daniel provided good coverage of a number of properties in the area at the same time looking to push the boundaries of choice, he listened to what was required and spent a lot of time ensuring that I had good options in choosing a property, eventually finding a really nice place to rent.

    I have been impressed by the consistently high level of services from this branch. Staff members are helpful, prompt and dedicated to clients. Daniel has let my properties twice and on both occasions he managed to achieve good rents for me.     (It's a late feedback which was due back on December 2011. yahoo.co.uk has just restored 168 of my lost emails, and the link to this site was in one of them.)

    Ronnie was remarkably efficient in showing us high quality accommodation when we were under pressure to find a decent place in shortest possible time. It was perhaps of that pressure that we eventually chose a different option from another major agency. Nevertheless, I would like to commend Morgan Randall, or in fact -- Ronnie since she represented the firm in such professional and attractive style, for a no- nonsence approach, ability to listen and honesty. If it was not my protectionist attitude and parallel arrangements, Ronnie's proposition would be my first choice. I liked the flexibility in contract terms, readiness to negotiate the price, the property itself and the personal touch of the agent.

    P.S. I'm looking again because my current place is being sold -- for a second time in 7 months... I might be turning up at MR Discovery office very soon.

    The sercice from Morgan Randall was good - the e-mail correspondence was quick and efficient. The only reason I didn't give them an 'excellent' rating was because I got the impression that all they ultimately cared about was their pay cheque. Once the SHT agreement was signed and money handed over - I haven't heard from the agent. I requested some questions to be proposed to the landlord, and they were never answered by Leah Smith. Questions weren't too major, for example, what does the landlord plan to do with the back garden, and will all the doors have locks and keys etc. I know that London is a busy market, and estate agents are busy - but aren't we all!

    I recently used Morgan Randall Estate Agents to find a flat in London. This was a particularly important move for me as it was the first property I was going to share with my boyfriend. I dealt with Matt House who was extremely helpful. He listened to my requirements, and presented me with a number of properties to choose from. Matt was honest, and very easy to get along with. I would highly recommendMorgan Randall as I feel out of all of the Estate Agents I dealt with, they provided by far the best service.

    Martin showed me around the property at 203 Ontario Tower, he was an excellent agent who I would recommend to others. He left no stone unturned when discussing the property giving excellent information about the surrounding areas also. I have seen a handful of properties over the past few months but this property was sold to me better than others, I'm am left with some thinking to do but have to say I am left very impressed by the enthusiasm shown by your agent.

    Had a great experience viewing the properties with Martin Marlow, who understand straight away what we wanted after providing with our requirements. Though we didnt seal the deal on any of the properties that Martin had shown us, both my husband and I thinks that Martin had gone over and beyond his role in getting us viewings at our convinience , wonderful units that fits our needs (Negotiation was down to us really) ...

    Definitely will recommend Martin Marlow to any of our friends should they need a responsible and responsive agent who will also understands their needs.

    We have let our property through Morgan Randall twice so far. Although our first experience wasn’t all that great simply because while the pre-letting service was fine, once the property was rented we had encountered many logistics problems with the agency and their after-let service was simply terrible!! However as we ended up with 6 months agency fees credit, which initially the agency wasn’t going to refund, we used Morgan Randall again very recently.     I was in London just for a few days trying to let out the flat on asap basis. After having contacted Morgan Randall, several letting agents have called. No one however came close to handling the matter as professionally as Daniel Ryder. Within a day of the flat going on the market, he has found a client according to the specified criteria. I would recommend Daniel´s service not only to my friends, but anyone out there, looking for a highly professional, understanding, polite and genuinely client-oriented real estate agent.

    I have used many agencies in the past and always had a bad experience and stopped using them all together, A friend of mine recommended Morgan Randall and suggested I deal with Irfan Choudhary. I gave Irfan a call and he came over on the same day he provided me with an accurate valuation along with updating me with all current legislations and came across very professional with great knowledge. They found me a great tenant within a matter of days and the process was very smooth. Would recommend using Morgan Randall to all my friends and family especially Irfan. Thank you

    I was looking for a property to rent while still living in Hong Kong. Ronnie dealt with my request very professionally and friendly. She understood exactly what kind of place I am looking for.     We have used Morgan Randall’s letting services since early 2009. recently our tenant of the last 3 years gave notice to leave at the end of April ’12. Matt House was on the case to find us another well suited tenant immediately.
    Within a couple of weeks , he has secured an ideal (long term) tenant at the asking price and has been mindful of pushing all the paperwork through with the same kind of speed.
    We are extremely happy with the outcome in such a short period of time. Matt has been great at following through despite us being on the other side of the world. This alone has given us “peace of mind” in the truest sense.
    Matt is a true professional with a smart down to earth approach. His advise is sound and aims to exceed expectations for both parties.
    We are more than happy with service and that is why we continue to use Morgan Randall.

    Our estate, Daniel Ryder, did an excellent job in helping us find a property. We told him we had two weeks before we had to move out of our current property so he dedicated an entire day (1330 to 1900) showing us lots of properties in different locations to consider. He then worked until at least 2100 trying to get our offer through and also went into work on Sunday to follow up. On top of all of this, he made time for us to see the property again the following day. Daniel is a patient estate agent who will take the time to listen to what you're after and make his best efforts to find you a property.

    From a company perspective, we formed the view that Morgan Randall had a lot of good quality properties on their books. We also appreciated the beverages offered to us at the office. Very professional.

    Matthew was very efficient,friendly and extremely helpful and a tenant was agreed upon with amazing speed.
    Unfortunately, the tenant despite glowing references, caused some serious damage.
    Had it not been for the professional and knowledgeable experience of Thomas, the manager of the management department this could have turned into a very expensive and ugly affair for me as Landlord.
    I would carefully consider any agent who managed my property now as I doubt any could compare with Morgan Randall
    In such events.

    I arranged to meet Karl a short notice with my wife to view a property in canary wharf.

    Karl was extremely professional and knowledgeable giving us a clear understanding of the property within it

    i left a message with Martin Marlow saying i was interested in the above property, my call was returned virtually straight away.     I was searching for a studio and so I went to findaproperty.com and saw a lot of flats/studios. So I left my contact details there and Martin Marlow called me very quickly.     Completely inept and unprofessional, they'll waste your time, insult your intelligence, ignore your budget, try and push you into paying over the odds, blame the landlord and claim a property has an offer but you can have it if you match the price !!     I was in a bit of a rush to find a flat to move to since my old contract was about to run out. Charlie contacted me and a few hours after that phone call I had already viewed the property and paid the securing deposit.

    Charlie was excellent in explaining my requirements to the landlord and reaching a final agreement for the contract. In less than a week I already had the keys to the new property which was in excellent condition when I moved in.

    Even after moving to the new property Charlie contacted me to make sure that everything in the new flat was up to my standards and that I was content with the property.

    I've been using Morgan Randall for a few years now and personally I wouldn't use any other agency.

    Both Daniel and Karl gave me excellent customer service. The reason I have put average however is that if for any reason you need to leave a property early the get out fees are extortionate and seem unreasonable. In dealing with us leaving the property Karl was very helpful and tactful given the difficult situation. Agency fees are very high for the company for check in and out and as such I would not choose morgan randall again.

    After my long search with many agents, I decided to go with to Morgan Randall. They seemed to have a different approach to other agents. They actually listened to what I wanted and matched my needs to the apartments available (in particular, I wanted outdoor space and the agent didn't show me any flats which weren't suitable).

    I've been on so many pointless viewings with other agencies. Ashley at Morgan Randall really did set the bar high, It was a delight being assisted by him. He was also responsive when I left messages to call me back.

    When I gave Morgan Randall my block of newly built apartments to rent out for me,I was promised a professional efficient service by Irfan Choudary.
    He was as good to his word and I was extremely happy with the manner he went about getting the best possible tenants for my apartments.
    He get me up-to-date with the volume of tenants that were viewing the apartments and with the progress of each prospective tenant.
    All my queries were answered efficiently and I was most pleased with how quickly he returned my calls.

    Matthew House is the great agent who helped me to find a new home, I'm about to move in next week. We spent a few weeks finding the right apartment for me I was quiet picky, but he was very patient with me. To be honest I was scared that he will eventually give up on me, but he did always call me whenever they had a property that suited my taste. When the process of making an offer, signing the tenancy agreement started, Matt has done everything professionaly with no hassle for me. And by the way he is not only a skilled and competent agent, he is also nice and friendly person.

    Last October I had an issue with my tenant (sourced by another agency, who shall remain nameless, think mini) not paying rent. Jay Clarke advised me of the best course of action and even negotiated on my behalf with the tenant. After a couple of weeks back and forth we came to a mutual agreement and my old tenant left. Morgan Randall then found a new tenant for me and he has been in my apartment for 3 months so far and we haven’t had any problems.

    Mr. Ryder is truly an outstanding professional. He has been very patient with our busy and demanding schedules and not rushing us into securing a deal. We have been dealing with him since July of 2011, and have made inquiries at other letting companies and due to the largely negative experience with them, have decided to deal exclusively with Mr. Ryder. We are now at the stage where we have to move and he is only showing us flats that will suit our liking, and not showing to us junk, which he knows we will not like.     We moved in and took over the tenancy from someone who wanted to move out. Apparently that was fine and we paid Morgan Randall to sort out all the paperwork and make sure it was all official. The troubles started when we moved out and gave one months notice earlier than the end of the tenancy (as we had a break clause).

    I have to give credit to Ronnie Jackson of Morgan Randell. She is a person who is not too pushy and listens to what I needed. She spent a great deal of time looking for the right property for me at my desired price. But unfortunately, we were unable to find something at my price mark. However, she was very professional in her nature and seemed to be more determined in finding me an apartment than I actually was. Amazing service and I would definately recommend my clients to choose Morgan Randell and I will especially recommend Ronnie.

    My circumstances took a change for the worse and I had to go back to the US, to see to my son. So I actually did not do a deal with Ronnie. But I will be back in London at the end of June, so hopefully I will be able to find something through Ronnie and Morgan Randell.

We have spoken over the phone for about 5-10 minutes and she managed to arrange the viewing for the same day. It took me less than an hour to see two apartments and both were exactly the ones I have been expecting to view and appeared exactly as Sara described. My experience in dealing the agencies before was more negative than positive - you are being pushed to make the decision immediately, the property they have been showing to me was below my expectations and the pictures published. In today's case - everything was perfect and quick. Moreover, the second apartment Sara has shown to me was (again) of the kind and quality I was looking for.     Fiding the property with Morgan Randall was not an Issue. There agent was very helpfull. Once they have your money, they are awfull. We did a snag list that was asked for but we get told they will not act on the snag list. We specified a Leather lounge suite but where given a Plastic lounge suite and when we compalined we hwhere told the Leather at Morgan Randall means imitation leather you have to say Genuine leather. There is only 1 definition of leather so I am not sure what school they went to. We then told them to collect the sofa and they say they cannot. I would never recommend them to anyone to either rent from them or manage a porperty

    Started well, and then went down hill - all very professional up front and then when it got down to finding a place and making an offer they became unprofessional and very pushy. I get the impression they are not very well trained and do no know the area very well.

    Seriously, do not be fooled by these people - as a tenant I can confirm they are drizzling.

    When we had an initial look round the property this year (that we subsequently rented) the MR rep told us that we would have to be quick as he had already taken a deposit off of someone for the place...clearly he was either lying to us to entice us in, or was screwing over another prospective tenant for a bigger payday. Either way, alarm bells should have rung then.

    Since then we've had a few problems with the house that after more than 3 months, still remain unfixed due to a series of inept tradesmen. Can't stress this enough...

    Plague. Avoid like the.

    We came in contact with Yurga since the beginning and she was very helpful and patient in trying to find a property which would be a good fit for us.
    Very easily contactable and willing to answer all our questions.
    As an agency, we found their fees a bit expensive but anyway all the agencies are getting really expensive.
    Overall we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Yurga and Morgan Randall when you are looking for a property.

    I dealt with Charlie from the Great Eastern Street office. Even though we eventually found our property through another agent, we were delighted with the high level of customer service we received. Whereas with other agents where I was shown around properties that were quite clearly not what I was looking for, through MR I had the pleasure of seeing two very good properties matching my search criteria. The first we made an offer on and the process ran very smoothly with Charlie taking charge, but unfortunately the landlord opted for a short let option. I would highly recommend MR to anyone looking for a flat. I really got the impression that Charlie was doing everything he could to find me a property and we needed that comfort as we were working with time constraints. If we're ever looking to move again in the future, Charlie will be the first agent I call!

    First time of dealing with MR for search of a suitable property in the Balham / Tooting area. Dealt with a lovely and bubbly young lady by the name of Zareena Khan, who was very welcoming and accomadating of my extensive requirments. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for rather than just throw a whole heap of potential properties. I was provided with a concise list of properties in accordance with my needs in a timely manner. Very efficient, polite and not to forget professional in all aspects of our dealing. Definate recommendation to use whether you are looking to find a property to rent or looking for a managing agent for one of your own.

    My agent (Charlie Heim) did an exceptional job when dealing with me as a prospective customer. I must admit i was somewhat a awkward client as it was a first move to the city for me and Charlie ensured he showed me a number of properties that suited my criteria.     As you know searching for a new place to live can be an emotional + stressful experience. Most agents do have a "Commission" focused approach, which can make the whole search process more tricky, as a result the tenant can be more curious to know on whether the viewing is truly good or not.
    However i am delighted to confirm the agent(Mr Irfan Choudhary) i dealt with at Morgan Randall did not meet our negative expectations from above. In the space of 2 hours, Mr Choudhary presented five options to us and gave us a balanced view on all options upon completion of the viewings. We were so confident in his judgement, that we made our final decision within 24 hours. In addition the after sale management from him and his team was excellent, the administration of the offer was handled with care and we moved in as planned.
    I would not hesitate to recommend this agent to anyone who is serious about searching for a property and gaining honest consultation.

    I have gone through many Estate Agents in London, such as Foxtons which I btw do NOT recommend for various reasons.
    Morgan Randall has offered me an outstanding service. The agent that dealt with my property search was Grant King. He listened to my requirements and ascertained my needs. He was very efficient and unlike other agents he always remained in contact, trying to do the best for me. Grant is very professional, polite and helpful.
    Unfortunately due to family circumstances I did not end up renting a property, but I would definitely recommend Morgan Randall in every aspect and use them again in the future.
    Fees are not high comparing them to other top Estate Agents in London. You pay for what you get. Personally I'd rather pay a little more and have a great service.

    These guys are crooks. Dont be fooled by the smart suits and the free soft drinks. I viewed a property and agreed to submit an offer - they then told me someone else was interested and I'd have to pay more so I did. I was then told that the landlord had accepted. Then I found out via the landlord that there wasnt another tennant iinterested and they hadnt even submitted the offer I made. God knows why maybe holding out for more for someone else. I lost my deposit as I refused to do business with them. Dont use them - they are criminals behaving with complete dishonesty.

    EXTREMELY bad experience, from a bunch of speak-easy crooks. After making our first payments, verified by our bank, we could not get hold of the agent who did not reurn our calls, and therefore could not collect the keys, so we had to move in several days later than the lease date.     DO NOT RENT FROM OR LET WITH THESE GUYS!

    Great at getting you in. Terrible, aggressive and extortionately expensive thereafter. We found our property through the Balham branch and it is now managed by the Canary Wharf branch. If you want them to do anything it will take forever and cost you an arma dn a leg. They currently want £384 to change one name on the tenancy agreement. If we don't pay this in advance, it seems we can't get a new housemate in to pay the rent.

    They have also, along with our Landlord (perhaps at his insistance and/or under their suggestion) pursued an extremely aggressive approach towards us, accusing us of misuse and negligent damage to the property for minor faults and breakages with fittings and fixtures which were faulty from the outset.

    It seems that we may need to join the list of people who are taking up their completely maverick approach to property letting with the Property Ombudsman.

    The Canary Wharf branch is an absolute joke. Their charges are above and beyond - not clearly explained and just taken from the deposit without permission. Getting this (over charged) deposit back has been an absolute nightmare - they have sat on it for a month. Communication is non-existent. We have seen some of the correspondence between our landlord and MR- all I can say is that they hate their tenants and are desperate to screw them over.

    We had visited every letting agents in Balham and viewed over a dozen flats in as many days without much joy.

    We met a good variety of letting agents over the course of our "flat hunt", however Tony was one of a few who was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and understood our position and requirements.

    We found a property that ticked all the boxes and put an offer in a day later, that was rejected by the landlord who wanted more.

    However due to Tony's persistence and skills the landlord returned a few days later and accepted our offer on slightly different grounds but grounds we we're more than happy to accept without breaking our budget.

    We're very happy where we are and although it was not in an area we originally considered, Tony's local knowledge helped settle our decision.

    Top marks for Tony, he did good.

    My girlfriend and I used Morgan Randall to let our flat in Balham, eventually the property was successfully let, however the tenants have moved out after 8 months. The fee paid to Morgan Randall was 11% of the annual rent, which was paid up front. We were told on numerous occasions that if the tenants activate the break clause then Morgan Randall will refund any overpayment of fees or they will re -let the property and deduct the overpayment from the next fee for the new tenant. They are now refusing to refund the overpayment in fees, consequently they owe us in the region of £500 with the effective fee being closer to 20% of the rent the tenants paid.

    We have just escaped the grasping fingers of Morgan Randall - they've managed to hang onto my deposit for four months after our tenancy finished. Pretty much exemplifies the service we've had all along from them - they are without doubt the worst company with the most incompetent and downright obstructive staff I've ever encountered. I am in the middle of writing to the Ombudsman now to let them know how pitifully bad these cowboys are.

    Absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs. Tenant not who they said she was. Rent paid to them not passed on for months, with unexplicable fees deducted which did not match what was agreed. No understandable breakdown of charges. They don't follow anything verbally agreed up in writing, despite requests for written confirmations. Never return calls or respond to emails. Further unexplained deductions from tenant's deposit. Made formal complaint, which true to form has been ignored. We've referred the case to the property ombudsman.

    I don't have an option to give them 0 stars or I would. Do yourself a favour and avoid all the hassles - find another lettings agency.

    They are tricky and playing game. They would wait until last minute of your rental agreement and put you in uncomfortable position. All those things they promise, it didn't appear in the contract. You would have no choice but to accept.

    Two months after moving in I got an e-mail from Morgan Randall advising that I hadn't paid rent, while I was supposed to pay to another agency. Absolutely ridiculous.

    A few months after moving in, they have got it mixed up that our flat is still up for let. On Saturday morning, I heard someone was trying to get in our property.     I am moving into London for the first time, and liked the enthusiasm given by the agent.
    Being a first time client for any property, I felt pushed into putting down a holding deposit on a property that was lovely but over my budget, with the promise I would get it for my budget.
    Contact has lessened over the couple of days since viewing, as negotiations with the landlord commence, initial offer rejected and I was asked to give a higher offer, which I can not afford on my current salary after this contact has again declined and excuses made for delays in contact and return of holding deposit.     I am a landlord of several properties. Morgan Randell are the worst agent I have ever used by far.
    The flat was supposed to fully managed and we are still trying to get them to change three lightbulbs which blew 9 months ago.
    People don't call back when they say, ignore emails, overcharge me.

    I tried nearly all the lettings agents in the Balham area and found Tony Pasztor at Morgan Randall to be the best in terms of trying to understand what my priorities were, and generally staying in touch and keeping me informed. He's a good guy and I enjoyed working with him, and I'm now in a property that I'm really happy with. I hope that now I've signed, Morgan Randall continue with that level of service (and this review should be taken as my opinion of Tony's work as that is my only experience of Morgan Randall).

    I am very please with the service provided by Irfan Choudhary. He is one of the lettings executives and has been really nice and very helpful throughout the whole period of viewing to signing the contract. He also called me up after I moved in to check if everything was ok.

    First impressions count and my dealings with Morgan Randall and Ryan in particular was one of professionalism and friendliness. Ryan asked the right questions to ascertain my needs, not in an intrusive arrogant manner, but very friendly and approachable. I wish all my dealings with estate agents had been this easy.

    Unfortunately, I did not end up renting a property through Morgan Randall, but that certainly wasn't due to lack of effort on the part of my negotiator; my experience was a pleasant one and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Morgan Randall in the future.

    Extremily frustrated with the service provided by Morgan Randall. Initially when I moved in the got the dates wrong and left me homeless for the night, then told me I could move in from 2pm the next day. When I arrived the current tenant was still in the flat and wasn't ready to leave for another 5 hours and the cleaners hadn't even been in yet.

    I strongly advice never using this agent to let your property. My tennants have also advised not to use them to rent a property so they have managed to upset both sides of their business!

    Morgan Randall have let my 5 bedroom house in Wandsworth. I asked them to market only to families rather than sharers. They continued to find sharers and persuaded me to accept 4 "professional" people. They then moved 6 people into my house, using my dining room as a 6th bedroom.     They are probably the worst letting agency I've worked with. They only worry about getting paid, but if the flat has problems they never return your calls. We've been chasing some missing keys from the flat for a month, and we ended up having to make copies of the main keys ourselves under the promise that they'll repay us.

    Not to mention taking 6h to actually give us the keys, changing the terms of the contract at the last second when they knew we didn't have any other option, etc... i am considering talking with the Ombudsman. They are also expensive, with fees of up to 375GBP.

    Morgan Randall were efficient and helpful, and stood out from the high street crowd. Our lettings negotiator, Ryan Trickey, was an asset in every way. From actually listening to our requirements in the first place - remarkably a trait not shared by many agents - to negotiating and finalising the letting, he was was helpful, friendly and always remained in contact.

    Beware!! 2 Polish girls responded to a private ad I placed on the net. They came and looked at my property posing as tenants and then went away.     It looks like Morgan Randall employees have been busy with the below salvo of positive reviews. MRs' contracts with landlords contain the kind of clauses widley criticised as unfair by trading standards and in the recent court case between the OFT and Foxtons. The staff I dealt with were enthusiastic until they had badgered myself and my tenants into signing the agreement. A catalogue of incompetence and poor communication followed. They significantly added to the stress of letting my property despite the laughable claims on their web site. Approach with extreme caution but they did secure tenants quickly.

    As a landlord, I have used Morgan Randall over the last three years for two houses. Presently both are let through them. The work they performed to find good tenants at the desired rental values was excellent. And during this period I have had no problems with my tenants. They have been happy.

    Whereas until 2009 the property management service and accounts departments were sometimes lacking a professional edge I now find both departments accessible and amenable. I gather that some reorganisation and retraining has improved things. The change is evident and welcome.

    Morgan Randall kept harassing me for rent while I was paying directly to the landlord according to the instructions of the lease. It took me 6 phone calls, 3 visits to the branch, and a letter from a solicitor to get me off their "automated service".

    Spoke to them about renting a 2-bed flat in Canary Wharf - without question some of the rudest, least helpful people I have ever spoken to, they spoke to me as if I was utterly stupid. If Morgan Randall treat prospective customers like that, God knows how they behave once they've got you signed up.

    A strange way to do business indeed, perhaps that's why they're in administration. Lucky escape by the sound of it.

    Morgan Randall were terrible.

    We agreed to rent a house with them, and they took the deposit (which they said they required urgently to secure the house), and then did not return calls for 3 weeks regarding the contract. It then turned out that they had not agreed the rental price with the landlord, and we had lost property, but this was only communicated after we called them several times a day, and in the end visited the office in person to wait for a response.

    Their refusal to return calls or respond to queries meant we lost out on time to fnd another flat. They also took several weeks to return the deposit they had taken, and did not return calls relating to this either.

    After dealing with so many different agents around Balham, i found that Morgan Randel were the most helpful and honest agency. They accommodated me for my late viewing as I was only available from 8.30pm due to my work commitments, whilst all the other agents told me I had to wait till the weekend. She worked very hard to find me the perfect place and made sure that all my conditions were satisfied, even though the landlord was negotiating very tough. Although I thought they were slightly more expensive than other agents, this became insignificant.

    They found me tenants and told me the tenants only wanted an 18 month contract and they insisted on the tenancy being managed at 17%!!!!! When I spoke to the tenants (after they moved in) I found that this was not the case.

    I registered online with this agency and they called me at least twice a day every day after that until I eventually unsubscribed. I had an agent who suffered very badly with sarcasm and a bad attitude. The day I called to unsubscribe, they forgot to put me on hold and I heard the lady on the other end of the phone panick as she told her other collegue. She said "What sha'll we do, she's not going to deal with us." Very dodgy, money grabbing and desperate company.

    Do not sign up, there are plenty of other agents out there. Good luck

    I used Morgan Randall for first time. I strongly believe that the agent (Lola) was one of the best that you can find in the market. Very helpful and really trying to do the best for you. I had to face a very demanding landlord but I definitely felt that the agency was on my side trying to do the best. Even after I moved in and the place wasn't professionally cleaned as promised by the landlord, Lola tried her best to demand whatever was promised to me. I would definitely recommend. Of course when you are dealing with estate agencies and landlords you need to be extremely careful with term and conditions regarding the security deposit. So just ask all the questions before giving any money and make sure you have everything discussed in written form.

    Its nice to see some positive reviews here as well as the usual moans. I used Morgan Randall recently and granted, they are not the cheapest agent but are very transparent. All their paperwork is extremely detailed and explains all the potential costs of renting through them as well as clearly setting out the whole tenancy process. In all my 15 years of renting property in London, I have never come accross an agency which has a clear tenancy process as Morgan Randall has. You're bound to get the odd 'bad' sales person in any estate agent, but in the end, its the company's way of working which counts.

    Absolutely Terrible and Pathetic! Worst service you can imagine. Pity that this site only allows me to put minimum of one star, I would have given them negative stars otherwise. This guy named ****** who works with their CW office took 400 pounds holding deposit from us but still continued to take offers from others at the same time. Moreover, he was so unprofessional that he did not pick up our phone entire next day that led to us missing out on another home as well.

    Given that they charge you so high admin fee, they just deserve negative stars rather than even one.

When I rang (20mins after arranged time) the office wondering where she was the person on the other end said she was on her way. 20mins later she still had not arrived, so I left. She never rang to apologize or give an explanation. If I was letting a flat I owned I certainly would not use them.

    My wife's parents signed an offer for a flat, which included a holding deposit. The signing was performed at the flat where for which they made the offer for. Within 20 minutes however, they had changed their minds and phoned the agent to tell him they have changed their mind and do not want to proceed with the offer. He acknowledged and hung up. The very next morning they received an email confirming that the Landlord had accepted their offer!!!! When phoning the agent, hey gave them a soap story that someone else had had faxed the offer through and someone else had taken their deposit from their account.

    Following conversations resulted in no further progress and the money has not been returned.

    Avoid these people at all costs. Last year they let my flat and then claimed the tenants would only agree to an 18 month contract. Since then from talking to the tenants they didn't want to either and were forced into it by Morgan Randall. Basically the tenants are locked into 18 months and I have paid 18 months fees up front. There is a 12 month break clause. I can claim the fees back once the break clause kicks in. However whether they pay or not is a different matter. They also tried to make me agree to them being sole agent if the break clause was executed. I got it removed. READ THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY!!!!

    These people cannot be trusted. This company is in serious financial trouble and haven't paid their bills. They have entered into a CVA (Company Voluntary Arrangement) to avoid administration. You can check on the Companies House website. Avoid them at all costs.

    I let my property out via Morgan Randall and was very impressed with the professionalism and the speed with which the let my property.
