Unprofessional, aggressive and unreasonable. I didn't have a choice with these agents (my landlord changed management companies part way through my lease), but sorely wish I did. Avoid at all costs.
As a tenant you're always in the wrong. Note they are not a member of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents).

Another reason to hate letting agents. People rent direct from private landlords its just so much easier, less hassle, and cheaper.

Damages in property (not caused by me, I might add) not fixed in a year. Very quick to try and charge me once I'd moved out though, managing director hung up on me when it became clear to him I wouldn't pay the full amount and wanted to dispute it. Also very slow to release undisputed deposit amount. Avoid.

Terrible agents. Once they've got your admin fees (extortionate) they lose all interest. They don't fix anything they've promised to fix, they tried to threaten us with court for parking tickets they owed for, tried to take excessive amounts from our deposit, are aggressive, confrontaional and extremely unprofessional - even the owner is not above yelling down the phone and then hanging up! Avoid like the plague.

Very confrontational. Told us they didn't have "time" to deal with our queries. Never fixed things they were entitled to manage. Charged us way over the odds and took us 3 months to get back any of the deposit. Pathetic and unprofessional. Stay far away.

Always late for viewings. Very confrontational/aggressive when you disagree with them. Very unhelpful when ex landlords held my back rent. Would not ever rent through them again. ...
