My first contact was for a valuation. Carys came out, she was pleasant, professional and confident that she could sell my house. They negotiated on the fees, unlike another estate agent who told me it was fixed and to like it or lump it. When I agreed to Michael Anthony selling the property, the viewings came in thick and fast, I went abroad knowing it was in safe hands. Carys contacted me on the other side of the world to keep me up to date. Offers were made and Carys supported me in refusing offers, and finally accepting the offer I needed to have to move forward. I found all the staff I dealt with to be polite, professional, supportive and realistic. They do what they say on the tin, they sold my house at a price that I was more than pleased with, and supported me through a very difficult time.with the least amount of fuss, what more can you ask for.I have and will continue to recommend them, as I was so impressed with Carys and the team, it would be a shame not to. Excellent.

I put my property on the market with Michael Anthony Bletchley office as we had heard good reviews about how speedy their sales staff were, and we had seen a property we wanted to buy and needed to sell quickly. We had 5 viewings in the first week and recieved an acceptable offer in 7 days. Satpal was professional in all aspects of our transaction and we were then fortunate enough to find a property to buy through their CMK office and both Carys and Satpal moved heaven and earth to have us moved and completed in less than 4 weeks. A superb group effort!

I used this agent to roginally buy my house 2 years ago and used them again to sell it. Carys in particular was extremely helpful and friendly both times and seemed to go out of her way to assist us. The fees were very reasonable and although we used there affiliated mortagage advisors there was no attempt to force us to do so and no hard sell. We would use them again in a heartbeat and would definatley recommend them to other people.

From start to finish, Paul Kingham and his team are outstanding both in terms of communication and service. We arrived new to the area and Paul listened to our requirements and searched out an excellent match. Our tenancy ran without hitch and we would not hesitate to recommend Paul or the Tring branch. We hope to buy a house in the near future and Michael Anthony will be our first port of call.

Extremely surprised to read the last two reviews (negative ones). If ever I set up an Estate Agency, I will be stealing Alex and Joe (from Aylesbury Branch) who were unassuming, delightful people who obviously know their stuff but without having the old fashioned "superior air" that so many had a few years ago. Polite and helpful all the way through. It has been a particularly stressful move but they were always helpful and polite. We had transferred from another agent and almost immediately they found a buyer for our house, true to their word.
I would highly recommend Michael Anthony. Having moved many times in my life, I think I am a good judge of an obviously professional organisation. Well done chaps!

Alex provided an excellent professional service from Start to Finish. Quickly found “proper” potential buyers and negotiated a quick sales. Alex kept us informed at all stages of the process with regular calls. It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional and efficient person and business. Would definitely recommend them.

Although I did not end up buying through Michael Anthony I found that the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, exactly what I was looking for as a first time buyer.
The staff were very knowledgeable with regards to the property available within my budget and the properties viewed were precisely what I was looking for.
The viewings themselves were a particular highlight as the agent actually cared about my needs and requirements as a first time buyer. Compare this with other estate agents that I also went on viewings with who seem more intent on selling a property regardless and you can see why I would recommend Michael Anthony to any of my friends/family.

Whilst attentive when getting your business, the standards slipped immediately after signing the contract.
After we had to retake the photographs for the details ("the camera broke and I was going to contact you to come round and take some more photos", 1 week after the event), we then had to spell check and grammatically check their brochure, almost printing out the brochure for them, waiting again for someone to tell us when the HIP person would come around, and THEN having the agent come round with a prospective client on the "off chance" we would be in (we were, in BED). I would NEVER recommend these poor excuses for estate agents to anyone ever again.
Do yourselves a favour, give your house away rather than deal with this bunch.

Poor marketing, never spoke to the same person more than once. Michael Anthony & Partners appeared uninterested in selling my house, they increased their fees without telling me and the list goes on on.
Under no circumstances would I ever use them again - stay well clear.
