I can not recommend Michael Anthony enough...from start to finish they were first class!

If you are thinking of selling...use these guys!

Whilst attentive when getting your business, the standards slipped immediately after signing the contract.

After we had to retake the photographs for the details ("the camera broke and I was going to contact you to come round and take some more photos", 1 week after the event), we then had to spell check and grammatically check their brochure, almost printing out the brochure for them, waiting again for someone to tell us when the HIP person would come around, and THEN having the agent come round with a prospective client on the "off chance" we would be in (we were, in BED). I would NEVER recommend these poor excuses for estate agents to anyone ever again.

Do yourselves a favour, give your house away rather than deal with this bunch of incompetent fools.

Poor marketing, never spoke to the same person more than once. Michael Anthony & Partners appeared uninterested in selling my house, they increased their fees without telling me and the list goes on on.

Under no circumstances would I ever use them again - stay well clear.
