A truely professional and experienced level of service. Personal and well communicated information and a level of commitment I have not experienced before from an agent. I would say they were the best agents I have ever been involved with. Thoroughly recommend.

These agents have been incredible! Brilliant is an understatement. A personal service like no other and they have been nothing short of honest, straightforward, easy to get hold of and very efficient.
Totally true to there word. They told me they could sell the property and they have with amazing efficiency and a no nonsense approach. I would trust them totally and would never look to go elsewhere in the future!
You get a very personal service and Andy (who managed my sale) has gone beyond the call of duty to keep me informed and manage the sale. Thanks Michael Anthonys! Anyone who doesn't use you is making a huge mistake!

Once I registered with Michael Anthony I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they found a buyer for my property. He was a cash buyer, we had no chain and the only hiccup was with the Freeholder's solicitor not moving as quickly as we hoped but the deed was done in eleven weeks. Derek and Colin in the Bletchley office were always pleasant, even when I vented my frustrations on them and I would certainly recommend using Michael Anthony. Despite my living in Spain communication between us was never a problem.

Should I ever return to the UK to live I would certainly go visit Michael Anthony to find a property, be it a sale or a rental.

I was looking for a property in Aylesbury that I could rent out. I visited many agents in Aylesbury, but it was with Michael anthony, where I found the staff helpful - giving advice and making useful suggestions. They arrived at viewings promptly and were there to answer any questions. I bought and rented the house through them. I then had to recently sell a house for a friend and did not hesitate as to which agents to use. They gave a realistic estimate, which was actually more than I thought it would be. We had several offers, but settled on one very close to the asking price. I was kept informed each week on how things were progressing, until the time of completion. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a friendly, efficient and helpful agent.
As to earlier negative comment on tenants moving out having to pay for cleaning - it is made clear in all contracts that it is expected. This protects both the tenant and the landlord and ensures a clean building for the next tenant.

This is the worst rental company we have dealt with.
* Michael Anthony will not give the tenant an original copy of the lease.
* You pay for an inventory but the agent does it not the company stated on the paperwork
* If you are in a managed property be aware that there is no emergency or out-of-hours contact number.
* Staff do not go out of their way to help customers.

Whilst searching for a property within the Tring/Pitstone area, we found a house via rightmove.co.uk for sale with Michael Anthony estate agents. Upon phoning Michael Anthony, we spoke to the assistant manager Andy Smith. He arranged a viewing for the property and was very professional in his dealings with us. Upon an offer being accepted, Andy kept us upto date on any developments and was quick to resolve any issues on the vendors side. Upon moving date, we were given a very useful welcome pack containing some essential items and Andy paid us a follow up visit to see how we were settling in. A great service offered by a very professional and friendly agent. We can't thank you enough.

Absolutely shocking level of professionalism! Asked to speak to many members of management regarding various outstanding issues with the property and staff attitude, which were ignored and unanswered. Since leaving the property, in a state that was 100 times better than when we moved in, we are being extorted for various charges which were not made clear and a cleaning bill on the whole house which is cleaner than when we moved in initially and frankly has no need to be cleaned. We were looking for a very specific type of property for health reasons but also wanted a character property in a rural village so a bit of a challenge and we needed it found quickly as had a cash buyer on our sale. I registered with several agents Micheal Anthony's appeared the only agent that had understtod what we were looking for and did not send me details of property's that would not be of interest to us. I have to say that Andy from the tring branch could not have been more professional, polite, efficent and helpful he showed us several properties and yes found us our perfect new home.
I would strongly recommend the use of Micheal Anthony's if you want a personal professional agent dealing with your sale or purchase.

I asked Michael Anthony to handle this sale as they provided realistic advice on the valuation, and their agents know these villages well and have handled many sales here. I hoped that their knowledge of local prospective buyers would be useful as often there are people waiting for properties to come onto the market here. They were very prompt in attending, and the property was being marketed the day I signed the contract. A viewing the following day produced an acceptable offer close to the asking price, and this resulted in a sale. The sale board had not time to go up before we accepted the offer. There were no problems with the remainder of the process and completion followed within 6 weeks. I think that they did a good job, as they were able to match the property and the price to a prospective buyer they already had on their books. They are nice people to deal with.

We used various estate agents in the area to find the right property for us ,but Michael Anthony was the only one whose service seemed really personal. Nick at the branch was unfailingly patient as he took us round various houses that met our criteria before we finally found the one for us.

Was very impressed with service of the team at Michael Anthony in Bletchley. Colin, Satpal, Julien and Wayne were all very helpful and helped me resolve many issues. Would recommend them and use them again. Very good communication and kept me in the loop all the way. Also helped me resolve issues with my selling estate agent and solicitors. Overall very happy with the service.

Everyone in the office who we dealt with was excellent. They all seemed to know what was going on with regards to the sale of our property, and call back requests were always done. We had good feedback after viewings and we had decent and genuine advice as to best market our property. They also kept us updated on how they were marketing the property, and possible leads and possible viewings.

Through the final stages nearing Exchange we had excellent help. We dealt mainly with Mark, Adam, Nick and Tanya.

I think you must need a decent sense of humour to be an Estate Agent and they all appear to be a friendly bunch in the Aylesbury Office.

We will definately be advising our friends and neighbours to use them if they ask us. And yes, we'll be using them again at some point in the future.

I was recently in the process of purchasing the above property, When it came to my attention that the vendor had lied when asked about," had the property had any building work",to which he replied 'NO". The property had been extended and modified inside without any planning permission or building regulation. Surely it's Michael Anthony duty of care to have notified me of this before, that way I wouldn't wasted nearly £1000 and eight weeks of my time. To any prospective buyers, bear this in mind and ask the question before proceeding with Michael Anthony on this property as this has be put back on the market for sale and the Vendor has refused to apply for retrospect planning and building regulations.

I rented the property from Michael Anthony after having a couple of bad experiences of renting. I have to say they were a god send. Efficent, knowlegable, excellent customer service, and always helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 1/2 years at the property and the only reason I moved out was that I'd taken the plunge to move in with my partner. I shall miss my forever helpful Lucy (Assisstant Lettings Manager), she was fantastic!!!!
I would wholeheartly recommend this company as they know their jobs and go out of their way to help you and settle you in.

Thanks to you all.
(Shall be back when we're looking for our new home and want to let out our current property!)

I used Michael Anthony for the sale of my house back in July 2010 and i have to say Adam Keeler was fantastic. From start to finish he made the whole process very easy and took the stress out of it all. I wasn't living at the property at the time as i had it rented out, but even though i was a small distance away nothing was too much trouble, and spoke directly with the tenants to organise viewings etc. - Fantastic!

Adam sold my property very close to asking price in a difficult market, and i only had to visit him once to drop the keys off! If you want a fast and efficient service from an established agent, speak to Adam Keeler!

I've bought and sold property through this agent and can honestly say that they could not have been more efficient and helpful. I dealt with Satpal on all occasions who has always been very helpful and always available to help sort any problems or hold ups caused by other agents and solicitors which helps take the stress out of moving. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have done so on many occasion to friends and family. Most agents are a nightmare, Michael Anthony are very different for all the right reasons, first class.

I rented the above property through Micheal Anthony and Partners and can honestly say that they were excellent in all dealings with regard my tenancy.

Never once did i have any problems contacting them and the Lettings team were superbly efficient with regard communicatings and informing me when the need arose.

Lucy in particular was a delight to deal with, prompt efficient and friendy.

I would recommend them to any one in the area looking to rent, whether as a tenant or landlord

We bought our property through this agent and will honestly state that they could not have been more helpful. We were dealt with by Adam, Ben and Tanya but each of them were aware of the current position of the purchase and were very proactive in giving support and assistance. Any snags or potential problems were handled efficiently and calmly - Tanya even called us on the Sunday morning to help with and sort out an issue that we had. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to avoid the stereotypical negative property purchase experience that seems to be the norm these days. Excellent work!

I have dealt with estate agents before, and like many people, experienced the pushy, cold, corporate service which seems to be ingrained with so many. However, after dealing with Michael Anthony, my attitude has significantly changed.

Having previously used two other agents in Tring to let our property over the past couple of years, we were so disillusioned that we decided to try and sell initially. However following several discussions with an extremely professional Paul Kingham, we decided to let again and Michael Anthony found us a superb tenant immediately.
Paul Kingham is the first truly competent letting agent I have met! He knows his stuff and does his job thoroughly. The service that both he and Sarah Swindlehurst have given has been excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to any other prospective landlord or tenant.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service at Michael anthony especially the assistant manager Andy. Very professional, honest and informative.
My husband and myself put our house on the market purely because we had seen a property we wanted to buy through Michael Anthony - unfortunatley they sold it before we had time to sell ours. Though, saying that, we were impressed with amount of viewings Andy and the rest of the team got us and the quick responce with feedback.
We would only use Michael Anthony in the future and will advise friends and family to do the same..

My first contact was for a valuation. Carys came out, she was pleasant, professional and confident that she could sell my house. They negotiated on the fees, unlike another estate agent who told me it was fixed and to like it or lump it. When I agreed to Michael Anthony selling the property, the viewings came in thick and fast, I went abroad knowing it was in safe hands. Carys contacted me on the other side of the world to keep me up to date. Offers were made and Carys supported me in refusing offers, and finally accepting the offer I needed to have to move forward. I found all the staff I dealt with to be polite, professional, supportive and realistic. They do what they say on the tin, they sold my house at a price that I was more than pleased with, and supported me through a very difficult time.with the least amount of fuss, what more can you ask for.I have and will continue to recommend them, as I was so impressed with Carys and the team, it would be a shame not to. Excellent.
