I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Mr Stewart from McCarthy Holden for an outstanding example of good agency. Not only did his initial advice put us in the best position to achieve a swift sale but he managed the buyers expectations without fault.
I would not hesitate to recomend both himself and McCarthy Holden to all.

I was selling and buying via McCarthy Holden and they continued taking prospective buyers to the house we had agreed and shaken on with the Vendor..... suffice to say they then sold it to another couple..... so we withdrew our house from McCarthy....
...as always Paul Phelan speaks "Sugar Coated Venim" - in our opinion we wouldn't trust him again.
