For Landlords we offer a full range of tailored Lettings servicces from introduction-only to comprehensive Management Services along with Maintenance Services ranging from cmplete refurbishments, new bathrooms and kitchens, gas appliance servicing and Landlords' Safety and Energy Performandce Certificates to the more simple tasks such as fixing a leaking tap!

    I am absolutely appalled by McCarthy Properties customer service. The lady I spoke to was rude and didn’t even try to understand what I was looking for.
    I have complained directly to the agent and was promised that my complain will be dealt with when the owner returns from holiday. There was no further communication and apologies. Terrible!

    Rented various flats and a house with this property agent. No problems as manitenance was carried out with haste when required. Always polite office staff. Can't understand other reviews added as the agent and staff placed customer commitment first.

    Worst agency I have ever rented in my life. The whole place I am living needs to be rewired, reported fault, still waiting for it to be fixed, also no gas safety certificate ever given. Also no maitenance is ever done to properties.

    McCarthy properties do everything they can to avoid essential maintenance of their properties, they have requested that you bend over the bath and use the shower only for your hair (Eldery take note!) they also have a habit of not providing a valid gas safety certificate upon commencement of the tenancy.
    They will perform astonishing leaps of logic when confronted by legal authorities which can be amusing! Goodluck people you have been informed!!
