McCarthy properties do everything they can to avoid essential maintenance of their properties, they have requested that you bend over the bath and use the shower only for your hair (Eldery take note!) they also have a habit of not providing a valid gas safety certificate upon commencement of the tenancy.
They will perform astonishing leaps of logic when confronted by legal authorities which can be amusing! Goodluck people you have been informed!!
