Rubbish service. Huge turnover of staff meant that things were never done and any good people who did grasp things soon left. Major works very badly managed and day to day maintenance appalling. They failed to file our freehold company accounts in good time and only did when prompted by our solicitors who had noted this. Managing the managing agents became an unpaid job in itself!

Terrible, they have failed in every aspect of their role. I never received an inventory after paying for one. They claimed they would transfer the utilities, the did not. They are trying to get me to pay for items which i did not do. They took money for this out of my account without asking for authorisation. Do not use! I wish i could select less than 1 star.
